ABSTRAK
Tujuan
Tingkat pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh peserta BPJS di Puskesmas Lima Kaum I Tanah
Datar Tahun 2014 masih rendah (6,9%) dibandingkan dengan angka utilisasi minimal 15% (data
BPJS Kesehatan Bukittinggi 2014). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor yang
berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh peserta BPJS di Puskesmas Lima
Kaum I Tanah Datar Tahun 2014.
Metode
Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan
Agustus 2014 sampai Januari 2015. Populasi seluruh peserta BPJS dengan sampel sebanyak 106
orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Random Block Sampling. Variabel
dependen adalah pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehataan di Puskesmas dan variabel independen
pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap peserta dan fasilitas kesehatan. Data diolah dengan analisi
univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik Chi-Square menggunakan program pengolah data.
Hasil
Hasil penelitian diperoleh responden 53,8% memiliki pendidikan rendah, 61,3% memiliki
pengetahuan rendah, 53,8% memiliki sikap negatif dan 59,4% menyatakan fasilitas kesehatan
baik. Faktor yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di
Puskesmas oleh peserta BPJS adalah pendidikan, pengetahuan dan sikap, sedangkan faktor yang
tidak berhubungan adalah fasilitas kesehatan.
Kesimpulan
Penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pendidikan, pengetahuan dan sikap peserta memiliki
hubungan bermakna dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Lima Kaum I
Tanah Datar oleh peserta BPJS Tahun 2014. Untuk itu, disarankan kepada Puskesmas untuk
meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap peserta terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan
Puskesmas melalui sosialisasi program kepada seluruh peserta BPJS Kesehatan dengan upaya
promosi kesehatan.

ABSTRACT
Objective of the research
The utilization rate of health service of BPJS’ members in Health Centre Lima Kaum I Tanah Datar 2014
is still lower (6.9%) compared to the rate of utilization which has a minimal standard 15% ( Data taken
from BPJS Bukittinggi in 2014). The objective of this research is to know some factors which related to
the using of public centre from BPJS’s members at Health Centre Lima Kaum Tanah Datar I in 2014.
Method
The method of this research is quantitative by using cross sectional designing. The research is done on
August 2014 until January 2015 at Health Centre Lima Kaum I Tanah Datar. The population that is taken
for all the members who has 106 samples, the sample is done by using Random Block Sampling. A
dependent variable is the using of health service in Health Centre and independent variable closes to
education, knowledge, attitude and health facility. Then, data is analyzed with analysis of univariat and
bivariat by using statistic Chi-Square which applies data processing programs.
Result
The result of the research shows that there are 53,8% respondent with less quality of education, 61,3 %
has a poor knowledge, 53,8% has a negative attitude and 59,4% shows a good health facility. Some
factors which relate to the using of health service at Health Centre are education, knowledge, and attitude
meanwhile health facility does not relate.
Conclusion
This research shows that education, knowledge, attitude relate to the using of health service at Health
Centre Lima Kaum I Tanah Datar by members of BPJS in 2014. Therefore, it suggests to Health Centre to
focus on education, knowledge and attitude through a socialization toward all members of BPJS as well
as health promotion.
