This researeh's goal to ex11ress the relationship such as : I. Prestigious
motivation trough the teachers work, 2. Attitude trough profession with the
teachers work and 3. Prestigious motivation and attitude trough profession to
yether trough l ~e teacher:S work of Slate primory school Area o ne Delitua Sub
District Deli Serdang Regency North Swnatera Province.
This research's population areallthe teachers of State Primary School Area
one. 'There are 209 teachers who still teach actively in Delitua Sub District Deli
Serdaog Regency. In other side the quota of the reseaa:h's sampling using the "
tecbque are 129teachers. This techniq ue is cboosed by considering gave the same
chance for each population strata to choose the sampling member. :I'he uscil
instumeot such as questionnaires which bad tried out lo 30 teachers. The sum of
validity and reliability test for the vaviable of the pn:sliqious motivation of Slate
Primary School Teachers area one showed lhatthera are 35 invalid questions 'j'ith
the reliability coefisient 0,816; attitude lhreugh professions was f.ound 7 invalid
questions from 36 items wild the reliability coefic.ient 0, 862 and the teachers
questionaries was fonnd 6 invalid items from 36 items wi1h 1he corelatfon
coeficieot 0,866

anal.ize and inferensial anal.ize which combined the corelation and regretion
analyze. The research's sum showed that there was the positive relatioi)Ship and
significant between the variables of the prestiqions motivation with the teachers
work which is showed with the corelation coeficicnt and detemlinatiQn each
0,8634 and 0,7454. There was the positive and o,8634 and 0, 7454. There was the
positive and siqnificant relationship bet ween the variables of the attitude !Tough
teacher's work got the coeficient corelation 0,5140 and determination coeticient
corelation

Keberbasilan pendidikan di SO Negcri ditentukan kinerja guru, karena guru
adalah pelaksana teknis yang langsung berbadapan dengan siswa.. Apabila guru
