LEARN PASSING DOWN THE VOLLEY BALL CLASS STUDENT SON XI

The purpose of this study to determine: (1) The difference between the effect of
learning methods and methods of a whole section on learning outcomes passing
under men's volleyball at the class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Sukoharjo
Academic Year 2012/2013. (2) Which is the better part of the effect of teaching
methods on learning outcomes and overall passing under men's volleyball at the
class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Sukoharjo Academic Year 2012/2013.
This study used an experimental method. In this study were students of class XI
IPS 1 son SMA Negeri 2 Sukoharjo academic year 2012/2013 amounted to 20
students. Of the 20 students performed the test and measurement down and then
passing the results of the test are ranked, after it separated into group 1 and group
2 by ordinal pairing so that the two groups have equal skill. Data collection
techniques to the test and measurement capabilities passing under test (physical
quality development centers Department of Education 2003). Data analysis
techniques used by test with sign if I cancelevel of 5%.
The results: The results obtained passing grades preliminary tests of reliability
under men's volleyball student of class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Sukoharjo
Academic Year 2012/2013 is 0.974 and the value of reliability tests the student's
final grade son XI SMA Negeri 2 Sukoharjo Academic Year 2012/2013 is 0.962 .
Of normality test Lhitung values obtained at the beginning of the test group 1 and
group 2 and Lhitung value at the end of the test group 1 and group 2 is smaller
than the value Ltabel with a significance level of 5%, so it is concluded that the
initial test data and test the end of the group 1 and group 2 normal distribution.
Homogeneity of values obtained from the initial tests and the F value test smaller
end of the F table with significance level of 5%, so it was concluded that the
group 1 and group 2 had a homogeneous variance. Based on the results of initial
tests testing differences with t-test between group 1 and group 2 obtained value t =
4.116 and the table = 2.101 (t
