Anak Kelompok B di TK Cemara Dua Banjarsari Surakarta Tahun Ajaran
2013/2014. Skripsi, Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan,
Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Desember 2014.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan asesmen
perkembangan belajar anak kelompok B di TK Cemara Dua Banjarsari Surakarta
Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan
metode penelitian studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala TK
Cemara Dua Banjarsari Surakarta dan guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data
dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Validitas data
menggunakan teknik ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi sumber dan member
check. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara deskriptif
yang didasarkan pada analisis interaktif data kualitatif.
Hasil analisis penelitian di TK Cemara Dua menunjukkan bahwa:
Pertama, prosedur pelaksanaan asesmen perkembangan belajar di TK Cemara
Dua adalah: (1) Menilai kompetensi awal anak dengan cara observasi dan
wawancara orang tua serta psikotest untuk mengetahui keterbatasan dan
intelligence anak, (2) Membuat program asesmen, (3) Membuat RKH, (4)
Menyiapkan instrumen asesmen dan menentukan aspek penilaian, (5)
Melaksanakan asesmen ketika pembelajaran, dan menuliskan hasilnya pada
instrumen asesmen, (6) Mengelompokkan hasil asesmen ke dalam format
penilaian unjuk kerja, hasil karya, percakapan, pemberian tugas, catatan anekdot
dan observasi, (7) Merangkum hasil asesmen harian menjadi bulanan, (8)
Menghitung prosentase kemampuan dasar anak dan membuat narasi deskriptif
untuk selanjutnya dimasukkan ke dalam rapot, dan (9) Pelaporan hasil asesmen.
Kedua, beberapa pelaksanaan asesmen perkembangan belajar yang belum sesuai
dengan teori di TK Cemara Dua, adalah: (1) Belum optimal dalam penggunaan
catatan anekdot, (2) Kriteria instrumen asesmen yang digunakan belum sesuai
dengan kurikulum 2010 yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan RKH di
TK Cemara Dua, (3) Acuan dalam menentukan aspek yang dinilai, (4) Belum
menentukan kriteria pencapaian Kompetensi Dasar (KD), (5) Cara memberikan
nilai, dan (6) Belum menuliskan saran untuk orang tua di laporan asesmen
perkembangan belajar anak.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of developmental
assessment of children's learning in kindergarten group B Cemara Dua Banjarsari
Surakarta Academic Year 2013/2014.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by the case study
method. Informants in this study is the head of the kindergarten Cemara Dua
Banjarsari Surakarta and classroom teachers. The technique of collecting data
through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data
using persistence techniques of observation, triangulation and member checks.
The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive, based on interactive
analysis of qualitative data.
The results of the analysis in kindergarten Cemara Dua shows that: First,
the assessment procedure of learning development in kindergarten Cemara Dua
are: (1) Assess the initial competence child by observation and interview parents
and psycho to know the limitations and intelligence of children, (2) Make
assessment program, (3) Make RKH, (4) Prepare the assessment instrument and
determine aspects of assessment, (5) Carry out an assessment as learning, and
writes the results to the assessment instruments, (6) Grouping assessment results
into a format of performance appraisal, work , conversation, assignments, notes
anecdotes and observations, (7) Summarize assessment results daily to monthly,
(8) Calculate the percentage of the basic capabilities of children and create a
descriptive narrative for the next put in rapot, and (9) Reporting the results of the
assessment. Second, some of the assessment of learning progress that is not in
accordance with the theory in kindergarten Cemara Dua, are: (1) Less than
optimal in use anecdotal records, (2) Criteria for the assessment instruments used
in accordance with the curriculum of 2010, which is used as a reference in making
RKH in TK Cemara Dua, (3) References in determining the assessed aspects, (4)
Do not specify the criteria for the achievement of basic competencies, (5) How to
deliver value, and (6) Do not write advice for parents on children's learning
progress assessment report .

Menyiapkan instrumen asesmen dan menentukan aspek penilaian, (5)
Melaksanakan asesmen ketika pembelajaran, dan menuliskan hasilnya pada
instrumen asesmen, (6) Mengelompokkan hasil asesmen ke dalam format
penilaian unjuk kerja, hasil karya, percakapan, pemberian tugas, catatan anekdot
dan observasi, (7) Merangkum hasil asesmen harian menjadi bulanan, (8)
Menghitung prosentase kemampuan dasar anak dan membuat narasi deskriptif
untuk selanjutnya dimasukkan ke dalam rapot, dan (9) Pelaporan hasil asesmen.
Kedua, beberapa pelaksanaan asesmen perkembangan belajar yang belum sesuai
dengan teori di TK Cemara Dua, adalah: (1) Belum optimal dalam penggunaan
catatan anekdot, (2) Kriteria instrumen asesmen yang digunakan belum sesuai
dengan kurikulum 2010 yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan RKH di
TK Cemara Dua, (3) Acuan dalam menentukan aspek yang dinilai, (4) Belum
menentukan kriteria pencapaian Kompetensi Dasar (KD), (5) Cara memberikan
nilai, dan (6) Belum menuliskan saran untuk orang tua di laporan asesmen
perkembangan belajar anak.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of developmental
assessment of children's learning in kindergarten group B Cemara Dua Banjarsari
Surakarta Academic Year 2013/2014.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by the case study
method. Informants in this study is the head of the kindergarten Cemara Dua
Banjarsari Surakarta and classroom teachers. The technique of collecting data
through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data
using persistence techniques of observation, triangulation and member checks.
The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive, based on interactive
analysis of qualitative data.
The results of the analysis in kindergarten Cemara Dua shows that: First,
the assessment procedure of learning development in kindergarten Cemara Dua
are: (1) Assess the initial competence child by observation and interview parents
and psycho to know the limitations and intelligence of children, (2) Make
assessment program, (3) Make RKH, (4) Prepare the assessment instrument and
determine aspects of assessment, (5) Carry out an assessment as learning, and
writes the results to the assessment instruments, (6) Grouping assessment results
into a format of performance appraisal, work , conversation, assignments, notes
anecdotes and observations, (7) Summarize assessment results daily to monthly,
(8) Calculate the percentage of the basic capabilities of children and create a
descriptive narrative for the next put in rapot, and (9) Reporting the results of the
assessment. Second, some of the assessment of learning progress that is not in
accordance with the theory in kindergarten Cemara Dua, are: (1) Less than
optimal in use anecdotal records, (2) Criteria for the assessment instruments used
in accordance with the curriculum of 2010, which is used as a reference in making
RKH in TK Cemara Dua, (3) References in determining the assessed aspects, (4)
Do not specify the criteria for the achievement of basic competencies, (5) How to
deliver value, and (6) Do not write advice for parents on children's learning
progress assessment report .
