Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kepribadian, Sosial, Profesionalisme dan Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja dan Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Barumun Tengah
PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK, KEPRIBADIAN, SOSIAL,
PROFESIONALISME DAN SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH
TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN KINERJA GURU
DI SMA NEGERI 1 BARUMUN TENGAH
ABSTRAK
Kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan mengadakan sertifikasi, supervisi oleh
kepala sekolah, mengadakan kelompok musyawarah guru mata pelajaran, dan
memberikan kesempatan yang baik untuk berkembang dalam karir. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap
kepuasan kerja guru; (2) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian terhadap
kepuasan kerja guru; (3) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sosial terhadap
kepuasan kerja guru; (4) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap
kepuasan kerja; (5) menganalisis pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap
kepuasan kerja guru; (6) menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja guru terhadap
kinerja; (7) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja; (8)
menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian terhadap kinerja; (9) menganalisis
pengaruh kompetensi sosial terhadap kinerja; (10) menganalisis pengaruh
kompetensi profesionalisme terhadap kinerja; (11) menganalisis pengaruh
supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri
1 Barumun Tengah Kabupaten Padang Lawas dengan sampel sebanyak 40 guru.
Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan pengolahan data
menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat
pengaruh signifikan dan positif kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kepuasan kerja
guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif kompetensi kepribadian
terhadap kepuasan kerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan negatif
kompetensi sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja guru; (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan
dan positif kompetensi profesional terhadap kepuasan kerja guru; (5) terdapat
pengaruh signifikan dan negatif supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja
guru; (6) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif kepuasan kerja guru terhadap
kinerja guru; (7) tidak terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja
guru; (8) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif kompetensi kepribadian
terhadap kinerja guru; (9) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan negatif kompetensi
sosial terhadap kinerja guru; (10) tidak terdapat pengaruh kompetensi profesional
terhadap kinerja guru; (11) tidak terdapat pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah
terhadap kinerja guru.

ABSTRACT
Teacher performance can he improved by conducting certification, supervision by
the principal, held a discussion group of subject teachers, and provides an
excellent opportunity to thrive in a career. This study aims to (1) analyze the
influence of pedagogical competence of the teacher job satisfaction; (2) analyze
the effect of personal competence of the teacher job satisfaction; (3) analyze the
effect of social competence of the teacher job satisfaction; (4) analyze the
influence of professional competence on job satisfaction; (5) to analyze the
influence of the principal's ,supervision of the teacher job satisfaction; (6) analyze
the effect on the performance of the teacher job satisfaction; (7) to analyze the
influence of pedagogical competence of the performance; (8) analyze the effect on
the performance of personal competence; (9) to analyze the effect on the
performance of social competence; (10) analyzed the effect on the performance of
professional competence; (l I) analyzed the influence of the principal’s
supervision on performance. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri I
Middle Barumun Padang Lawas with a sample of 40 teachers. The analytical
method used is path analysis with data processing using SPSS version 21. The
results showed that (I) there is u significant and positive effect on job satisfaction
pedagogical competence of teachers; (2) there is a significant and positive effect
on job satisfaction personal competence of teachers; (3) there is a significant and
negative effect on job satisfaction of social competence of teachers; (4) there is a
significant and positive effect on job satisfaction of professional competence of
teachers; (5) there is a significant and negative effect supervision of the principal
on job satisfaction of teachers; (6) there is a significant and positive influence job
satisfaction of teachers on teacher performance; (7) have no effect on the
performance of teachers' pedagogical competence; (8) there is a significant and
positive effect on the performance of teacher personal competence; (9) there is a
significant and negative effect on the performance of teachers' social competence;
(10) have no effect on the performance of the professional competence of
teachers; (11) have no effect on the performance of the principal's supervision of
teachers.
