Analisis Usaha Pemanfaatan Tepung Biji Durian Pada Ransum Ayam Kampung di Kota Medan

Menggunakan Tepung Biji Durian Pada Ransum Di Kota Medan”. Dibimbing

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan efisiensi nilai
ekonomis usaha pemeliharaan ternak ayam kampung dengan pemanfaatan tepung
biji durian dalam pakan dengan berbagai level pada ayam kampung umur 0 – 12
minggu.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Biologi Ternak Fakultas
Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara pada bulan Mei 2015 sampai Juli
2015.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey untuk menentukan harga pakan
yang digunakan dalam penelitian.Perlakuan tepung biji durian terdiri dari level
0% (P0), 10(P1), 20% (P2), 30%(P3). Parameter yang diamati yaitu total biaya
produksi, total hasil produksi, analisis laba/rugi, Revenue/Cost ratio (R/C ratio)
dan Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC) untuk periode 3 bulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rataan analisis laba/rugi
(Rp/ekor/minggu) tertinggi pada perlakuan P3 (279.468,89) dan laba/rugi
terendah pada perlakuan P0 (234.395,64), rataan R/C ratio tertinggi pada
perlakuan P3 (1,44) dan terendah pada perlakuan P0 (1,34), rataan IOFC
(Rp/ekor/minggu) tertinggi pada perlakuan P3 (11,70) dan terendah pada
perlakuan P1 (9,94). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tepung
biji durian sebagai campuran bahan pakan dalam ransum sampai level 30% dapat

memberikan keuntungan.

This study aims to determine the feasibility and efficiency of the
economic value of the business of raising livestock chicken with durian seed flour
utilization in feed at various levels in chicken age 0-12 minggu.Penelitian was
conducted at the Laboratory of Animal Biology of the Faculty of Agriculture,
University of North Sumatra in May 2015 until July this 2015.Penelitian using a
survey method to determine the price of feed used in penelitian.Perlakuan durian
seed flour consists of level 0% (P0), 10 (P1), 20% (P2), 30% (P3). Parameters
observed that the total cost of production, total production, analysis of profit /
loss, Revenue / Cost ratio (R / C ratio) and Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC) for a
period of 3 months.

The results showed that the average analysis of profit / loss (USD / head
/ week), the highest in treatment P3 (279.468,89) and the profit / loss of the lowest
in treatment P0 (234.395,64), the average R / C ratio was the highest in treatment
P3 (1,44) and the lowest in treatment P0 (1,34), the average IOFC (USD / head /
week), the highest in treatment P3 (11,70) and the lowest in treatment P1 (9,94).
The conclusion from this study indicate that the durian seed flour as a mixture of
feed ingredients in the ration to the level of 30% can provide advantages.
