Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di jasa logistik, BGR melakukan berbagai inovasi dengan sejumlah strategi untuk berkembang. Strategi disusun untuk menjadikan perusahaan sebagai penyedia jasa logistik terintegrasi dan dipercaya oleh masyarakat.

As a company engaged in logistic service, BGR conducted various innovations by a number of strategies to grow. These strategies are prepared to create an integrated logistics service provider trusted by the public.

Kami dengan usaha keras meningkatkan seluruh sektor usaha yang dimiliki. Penguatan sektor logistik yang terhubung antara logistik udara, darat, dan laut, menjadikan perusahaan dapat memberikan pelayanaan yang maksimal.

We strive hard to improve all existing business sectors. The strengthening of logistic sectors connecting air, land, and sea logistic sectors make the company able to provide maximum service.

Sebagai perusahaan logistik yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah, BGR terus berusaha menciptakan kesejahteraan bagi stakeholder perusahaan. Tidak hanya disitu, kinerja yang perusahaan lakukan juga disertai usaha mensejahterakan bangsa.

As a logistic company owned by the government, BGR continues to create welfare for the company’s stakeholders. In addition, the Company also accompanies its effort with an attempt to create welfare for the nation.

BGR terus merealisasikan layanan logistik yang terintegrasi bagi para pelanggan. Dengan layanan yang terintegrasi akan menciptakan pertumbuhan bisnis dan kemajuan bagi perusahaan, serta memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi masyarakat dan pemegang kepentingan.

BGR continues to realize an integrated logistics service for the customers. An integrated service will create business growth and improvement for the company, while giving concrete contribution to the public and the stakeholders.

1985-1993

PT BGR membuka beberapa Cabang dan kantor perwakilan untuk lebih meningkatkan layanan khususnya didaerah-daerah seperti Padang, Aceh, Bengkulu, Jambi, Samarinda, Cirebon. Seiring pengembangan kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk penanganan kegiatan jasa pergudangan maupun JPT (Jasa Pengurusan Transportasi).

PT BGR opened several Branches and representative offices to expand its services, especially in regions such as Padang, Aceh, Bengkulu, Jambi, Samarinda and Cirebon. This was in line with the development of business activities conducted by the company to manage both warehousing services and JPT (Freight Forwarding).

Berdasarkan Peraturan

Pemerintah No. 25 tahun 1976, PT BGR (Persero) resmi berdiri dengan mengoperasikan 32 unit gudang yang merupakan PMP (Penyertaan Modal Pemerintah). Pada awalnya BGR bergerak di sektor jasa pergudangan dengan melakukan kegiatan penyimpanan, pengelolaan, distribusi saprotan milik PT Pusri dan kegiatan freight forwarding. Kantor Cabang PT BGR saat itu antara lain berada di Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang dan Kantor Perwakilan di Ujung Pandang, Banjarmasin, Denpasar.

Pursuant to Government Regulation No. 25 of 1976, PT BGR (Persero) was officially established and operated 32 units of warehouses which were PMP (the Government’s Capital Investment). Initially, BGR is engaged in warehousing service that conducts business activities such as storage, management, distribution of agricultural production facilities owned by PT Pusri, as well as freight forwarding. Branches of PT BGR at that time were located in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semrang, and Representative Offices in Ujung Pandang, Banjarmasin, Denpasar.

PT BGR (Persero) semakin

memperluas jaringan dengan membuka wilayah operasional di kawasan timur antara lain membangun gudang tipe 1000 dan 420 di kawasan timur antara lain di NTB/ Mataram, NTT/Kupang, Poso dan Luwuk serta dipercayanya BGR untuk mengelola seluruh gudang pupuk PT Pusri.

PT BGR (Persero) further expanded its network by opening operational areas in east region, among others, by establishing a warehouse of type 1000 and 420 in east regions, namely NTB/ Mataram, NTT/Kupang, Poso and Luwuk. BGR’s network became wider as it was entrusted to manage the entire fertilizer plants of PT Pusri.

PT BGR ikut menyusun rancangan UU No. 9 Tahun 2006 tentang

Sistem Resi Gudang bersama BUMN lainnya seperti Sucofindo, KBI dan selanjutnya BGR juga menangani kegiatan SRG untuk komoditas yang telah ditetapkan dalam Undang-undang tersebut selaku pengelola gudang SRG.

PT BGR took part in drawing up Draft of Law No. 9 of 2006 on Warehouse Receipt System together with the other SOEs such as Sucofindo and KBI. Furthermore, BGR also managed SRG activities for the commodities established in the Law, as a SRG warehouse manager.

PT BGR mulai menangani kegiatan

Collateral Management Service (CMS) yang merupakan salah satu alternatif penyertaan modal kerja yang dilakukan oleh pihak kreditur kepada debitur dengan jaminan komoditas debitur dan ditangani oleh BGR selaku Collateral Manager walaupun pada tahun 1982, PT BGR pernah menangani kegiatan agunan untuk Bank BNI.

PT BGR started to manage Collateral Management Service (CMS) activities, which was one of the alternatives of working capital investment done by the creditors to debtors by collateralizing the debtor’s commodities, which was then handled by BGR as a Collateral Manager. This was done even though in 1982, PT BGR once managed the collateral activities for Bank BNI.

PT BGR menggelar pelatihan Telecommunication

Warehouse Management System (WMS) ZTE yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 10-11 Januari 2015 di Kantor Pusat. Pelatihan tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pergudangan berbasis sistem teknologi TI.

Dalam pelatihan tersebut, peserta dibekali kemampuan mengoperasikan Telecommunication WMS, sebuah aplikasi online pengelolaan pergudangan yang berkaitan dengan manajemen keluar masuk barang dan manajemen inventori barang.

PT BGR held a Telecommunication Warehouse Management System (WMS) ZTE training on January 10-11, 2015 at Head Office. The training aims to improve IT technology system-based warehouse service.

Sebagai komitmen dan semangat untuk terus memajukan pengetahuan karyawan, manajemen PT BGR

mensosialisasikan KMS atau Knowledge Management

Aplikasi Knowledge Management System (KMS) dibuat

untuk memfasilitasi berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge) antar karyawan, sehingga diharapkan setiap keterampilan dan pengetahuan (tacit/pengalaman) yang dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan dapat dibagi kepada karyawan lain untuk peningkatan kemampuan.

3. BGR Disseminates KMS (Knowledge Management System)

As a commitment and spirit to continuously improve the employees’ knowledge, PT BGR’s management disseminates KMS or Knowledge Management System on Friday, January 30, 2015, at Head Office.

Knowledge Management System (KMS) application is created to facilitate knowledge sharing between employees. Thus, it is expected that every skill and tacit knowledge owned by an employee can be shared to another employee for the sake of enhancing skills.

4. Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Pengesahan RKAP 2015

Bertempat di Gedung Kementerian BUMN, pada hari Selasa, 21 Januari 2015 telah diselenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham untuk Pengesahan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) Tahun 2015. Hadir dalam rapat tersebut antara lain Staf Khusus Menteri Perdagangan, Deputi Bidang Usaha Energi, Logistik dan Perhubungan, Asdep Usaha Perdagangan, Logistik dan Kawasan Industri beserta jajarannya dan Jajaran Direksi dan Komisaris PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero).

General Meeting of Shareholders to Ratify Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) of 2015 was held on Tuesday, January 21, 2015 at the Ministry of SOE Building. 5. Assesment GCG PT BGR (Persero)

PT BGR melaksanakan assesment GCG dalam rangka untuk memenuhi amanat yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No. PER-01/MBU/2011 tanggal 1 Agustus 2011 tentang penerapan Tata Kelola Yang Baik (GCG) pada BUMN.

Pelaksanaan assesment GCG PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) untuk tahun 2014 dilakukan oleh BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan diselenggarakan pada Rabu, 21 Januari 2015 dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan-karyawati PT BGR dengan metode sampling, wawancara dan pengumpulan data atau dokumen perusahaan.

5. GCG Assessment of PT BGR (Persero)

PT BGR conducted GCG assessment to fulfill the mandate stated in the Ministerial Regulation of SOE No. PER-01/MBU/2011 dated August 1, 2011 concerning the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at SOE.

GCG assessment of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) for 2014 was held by BPKP of DKI Jakarta Province Representatvie Office on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. This was done by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT BGR. The method of assessment covers sampling, interview, data or company document collection.

2. BGR Gelar Raker Pemasaran

Bertempat di Kantor Pusat Jakarta, PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) menggelar Rapat Kerja Pemasaran. Raker yang digelar selama tiga hari yaitu pada 13-14 Agustus 2015 tersebut membahas mengenai potensi pasar dari seluruh cabang PT BGR diseluruh wilayah Indonesia.

PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) held Marketing Work Meeting at Jakarta Head Office. The work meeting held for three days, on August 13-14, 2015, discussed market potential from all branches of PT BGR across Indonesia.

3. PT BGR Santuni Anak Yatim dan Kaum Duafa

PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) Cabang Medan melalui Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) menyalurkan santunan kepada anak yatim dan pemberian bingkisan kepada kaum dhuafa pada Jumat, 6 Februari 2015. Selain sebagai wujud kepedulian, pemberian bantuan ini juga bertujuan untuk memperkuat kemitraan BGR dengan masyarakat disekitarnya.

Direktur Utama PT BGR, Agus Andiyani dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa PT BGR diberi tugas oleh pemerintah untuk mendistribusikan pupuk urea di seluruh Indonesia dimana pupuk tersebut dapat membantu masyarakat menuju kehidupan yang lebih sejahtera.

PT BGR held charity for Orphans and the Poor Medan Branch of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) through Partnership and Environmental Development Program (PKBL) distributed donation to orphans and parcels to the poor on Friday, February 6, 2015. Besides as a form of care, the provision of this donation also aims to strengthen BGR’s partnership with the nearby community. President Director of PT BGR, Agus Andiyani, in his speech stated that PT BGR was given a duty from the government to distribute nitrogen fertilizer throughout Indonesia, in which the fertilizer could help the community strive for a better welfare.

6. Training Transportation Management System

PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) menggelar Training

Transportation Management System (TMS) yang diselenggarakan pada Jumat, 27 Februari 2015 bertempat di Ruang Rapat Kantor Pusat.

Training dibuka oleh Direktur Teknik dan Pengembangan, Nofrisel. Dalam sambutannya, Ia menyampaikan bahwa kedepannya, layanan bisnis PT BGR akan terintegrasi dengan sistem TI. Untuk itu diperlukan SDM yang kompeten dalam mengoperasikan sistem ini.

6. Transportation Management System Training PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) held a Transportation Management System (TMS) training on Friday, February 27, 2015, at Meeting Room of Head Office.

The training was opened by Technical and Development Director, Nofrisel. In his speech, he stated that in the future, business service of PT BGR would be integrated with IT system. Therefore, competent HR is needed in operating this system.

Senin, 9 Maret 2015 PT BGR (Persero) menggelar acara Serah Terima Jabatan (sertijab) General Manager BGR Cabang DKI Jakarta dari I Gusti Putu Oka yang saat ini telah memasuki masa pensiun kepada April Churniawan sebagai Plt GM Cabang DKI.

Pada acara sertijab yang disaksikan oleh Dirut BGR, Agus Andiyani dan Dirkas, M.Taufik Hidayat ini sekaligus sebagai acara perpisahan I Gusti Putu Oka dengan karyawan-karyawati PT BGR Cabang DKI.

2. Hasil Assesment GCG PT BGR (Persero)

Manajemen PT BGR mengadakan pertemuan Exit Meeting

dengan Tim GCG BPKP Kantor Cabang BGR DKI Jakarta yang diselenggarakan pada 5 Maret 2015. Agenda utama pertemuan tersebut antara lain menyampaikan hasil assesment yang dilakukan oleh tim GCG BPKP terhadap

pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) tahun

buku 2014 di PT BGR (Persero).

Dari assesment tersebut, PT BGR memperoleh skor 76,338 yang berarti BGR masuk kualifikasi baik dalam menjalankan praktik-praktik GCG. Diharapkan pada tahun-tahun berikutnya dapat melanjutkan komitmen dalam melaksaknakan praktik-praktik GCG.

2. GCG Assessment Results of PT BGR (Persero) The management of PT BGR held an Exit Meeting with GCG Team of BPKP from DKI Jakarta Branch of BGR held on March 5, 2015. The main agenda of the meeting was, among others, submitting assessment result conducted by GCG team of BPKP on the implementation of good corporate governance in 2014 at PT BGR (Persero). From the assessment, PT BGR obtained score of 76.338, which meant that BGR was qualified good in implementing GCG practices. It is expected that in the years to come, PT BGR can continue its commitment in applying GCG practices.

1. Raker Pemasaran Untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan

PT BGR menggelar raker bidang pemasaran yang diselenggarakan pada 27 April 2015 bertempat di Kantor Pusat Perusahaan. Tujuan diadakan acara ini untuk menciptakan sinergi antar cabang dalam meningkatkan kegiatan pemasaran PT BGR tahun 2015. Diropsar, Mohammad Affan mengatakan bahwa pemasaran adalah denyut jantung perusahaan. Untuk itu semua staf pemasaran harus bekerja lebih keras agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dengan cara melihat potensi dan mengubahnya menjadi peluang dan pekerjaan.

Pada peringatan hari jadi ke-38 tahun ini, BGR meluncurkan layanan baru, yaitu layanan Ekspress (kurir). Terdorong oleh keinginan besar untuk turut menyemarakkan industri kurir nasional yang terus bertumbuh sangat signifikan,

menyambut era e-commerce yang secara massif terus

melanda bisnis distribusi nasional, serta menyadari besarnya kapabilitas yang dimiliki BGR maka manajemen BGR memutuskan untuk memasuki industri ini mulai tahun 2015.

Dengan tagline “Trusted Delivery Solution” BGR

meluncurkan layanan “BGR Express” yang soft launching -nya sudah dilakukan sejak dua bulan yang lalu, sehingga hari ini sudah mulai beroperasi di 24 (dua puluh empat) cabang utama dan lebih dari 500 Operational Point di seluruh Indonesia.

Untuk tahap awal ini, BGR Express menawarkan 3 (tiga) jenis layanan utama, yaitu BGR BEST (Besok Sampai Tujuan), BGR Regular (Regular Service), dan BGR Eco (Economy).

At its 38th anniversary, BGR launched a new service, namely Express service (courier). Driven by the motivation to also take part in invigorating national courier industry that continues to rapidly grow, and in welcoming the e-commerce era that massively permeates the national distribution business, as well as realizing great capability of BGR, then BGR’s management decided to enter the industry in 2015.

With “Trusted Delivery Solution” tagline, BGR launched “BGR Express” whose soft-launching was done since the previous two months. Thus, until this time, it has operated in 24 (twenty four) main branches and over 500 operational points across Indonesia.

For this early stage, BGR Express offered 3 (three) types of main service, namely BGR BEST (Besok Sampai Tujuan), BGR Regular (Regular Service), and BGR Eco (Economy).

3. Pemilihan Pengelolaan Gudang Terbaik Tahun 2014

PT BGR menyerahkan penghargaan kepada pengelolaan gudang terbaik sebagai salah satu penilaian tahunan terhadap pengelolaan gudang-gudang PT BGR (Persero). Kegiatan tersebut sesuai dengan Keputusan Direksi No. KEP.DUT/027/HRU/II.2013 tentang Ketentuan Pemberian Penghargaan Terhadap Pengelolaan Gudang Terbaik, program ini bertujuan untuk memotivasi pekerja di lingkungan gudang dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.

3. Selection of the Best Warehouse Management in 2014

PT BGR presented an award to the best managed warehouse as one of the annual assessments on the management of PT BGR (Persero) warehouses. The activity was in accordance with the Decision of Board of Directors No.KEP.DUT/027/HRU/II.2013 concerning Provision of Award Granting to the Best Managed Warehouse. This program aimed to motivate the workers in the warehouse enviroment to conduct its duties and responsibilities.

4. Mitra Binaan PKBL PT BGR Ikuti Pameran Inacraft 2015

PT BGR mengikutsertakan mitra binaannya untuk mengikuti pameran The Jakarta International Handicraft Trade Fair (INACRAFT) 2015 yang kembali digelar di Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta. Pameran ini merupakan pameran handicraft terbesar dan terlengkap di Indonesia yang turut dihadiri serta dibuka oleh Presiden RI Joko Widodo.

Manager PKBL PT BGR, Juli Roni Widodo mengatakan terdapat enam mitra binaan yang diajak memamerkan produknya di Inacraft. Mitra binaan yang ikut serta antara lain Lia’s Gallery, Heygens Batik, Sinar Jati Elok, Bhineka Karya Art, Dimar Colection dan Kayu Tangi Art.

4. Development Partner of PKBL of PT BGR attended 2015 Inacraft Exhibition

PT BGR sent its development partner to attend the exhibition of The Jakarta International Handicraft Trade Fair (INACRAFT) of 2015, which was held in Balai Sidang of Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta. This exhibition was the biggest handicraft exhibition in Indonesia, which was also attended and opened by President of RI, Joko Widodo.

5. PT BGR Tanda Tangani MoU dengan Persero Batam

PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) sepakat menjalin kerjasama sekaligus menciptakan sinergisitas antar BUMN dengan PT Pengusahaan Daerah Industri Pulau Batam (Persero) atau Persero Batam. Kedua belah pihak telah menandatangani Nota Kesepahaman dalam bidang jasa kurir dan logistik pada 24 April 2015 di Kantor Pusat Persero Batam.

PT BGR Signed MoU with Persero Batam PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) agreed to build partnership while creating synergy between SOE and PT Pengusahaan Daerah Industri Pulau Batam (Persero) or Persero Batam. Both parties signed the Memorandum of Unerstanding on courier and logistic services on April 24, 2015 at Head Office of Persero Batam.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Technical and Development Director of PT BGR (Persero), Nofrisel and Acting President Director of Persero Batam, Teuku Afrizam, which was also witnessed by the officials from each company. 1. Bantuan Ibadah Haji PT BGR Tahun 2015

Sebagai bentuk apresiasi pada karyawan-karyawati PT BGR yang telah mengabdi pada perusahaan selama lebih dari 17 tahun, manajemen mengadakan program bantuan ibadah haji yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun. Tahun ini undian tersebut diadakan pada tanggal 10 April 2015 bertempat di Masjid Nurul Iman Kantor Pusat. Acara pemilihan karyawan calon haji turut dihadiri oleh Jajaran Direksi PT BGR, General Manager dan karyawan-karyawati PT BGR KP.

1. Hajj Donation of PT BGR in 2015

As a form of appreciation to employees of PT BGR who has served the company for more than 17 years, the management held a hajj donation program every year. This year, the draw was held on April 10, 2015 at Nurul Iman Mosque, Head Office. Present at the draw of prospective hajj pilgrim among employees of the Company was Board of Directors of PT BGR, General Manager and employees of Head Office of PT BGR.

2. RUPS Pengesahan Laporan & Perhitungan Tahunan Tahun Buku 2014 PT BGR (Persero)

Pada Rabu, 20 Mei 2015 diselenggarakan RUPS Pengesahan Laporan & Perhitungan Tahunan Tahun Buku 2014 PT BGR (Persero) yang diselenggarakan di Kementerian BUMN. Dalam agenda tersebut juga turut dihadiri oleh Deputi dan Asisten Deputi Bidang Usaha Energi, Logistik dan Perhubungan serta para pejabat di lingkungan Kementerian BUMN. Hadir pula dalam kesempatan tersebut seluruh Jajaran Komisaris dan Jajaran Direksi PT BGR (Persero).

2. GMS that Ratifies Report & Annual Calculation of 2014 Fiscal Year of PT BGR (Persero)

On Wednesday, May 20, 2015, GMS that Ratified Report & Calculation of 2014 Annual Report of PT BGR (Persero) was held at the Ministry of SOE. The event was attended by Deputy and Deputy Assisstant of Energy, Logistic and Transportation Department, as well as officials at the Ministry of SOE. 3. BGR Express Held Courier Training in Persero Batam

BGR Express as the new service from PT BGR continued to improve and increase its scope of business network. One of them was through partnership with PT Persero Batam as the courier representative of Batam Island.

To start such cooperation, BGR Express held a courier training on May 11-14, 2015 at Persero Batam. The materials presented by BGR Express team were, amon gothers, operational material, which includes: Basis of tariff understanding, network development, customer service, pick-up, goods transport, goods withdrawal, goods delivery, and BEOS training (BGR Express Online System), including the understanding on Point of Sales, Outgoing, Incoming, Delivery Run Sheet, Proof of Delivery, and Invoice.

3. BGR Express Gelar Pelatihan Kurir di Persero Batam

BGR Express sebagai layanan baru PT BGR terus berbenah dan menambah cakupan jaringan bisnisnya. Salah satunya melalui kerjasama dengan PT Persero Batam sebagai perwakilan kurir di wilayah Kepulauan Batam.

Mengawali kerjasama tersebut, BGR Express mengadakan pelatihan kurir pada tanggal 11-14 Mei 2015 di Persero Batam. Adapun materi yang disampaikan oleh tim BGR Express antara lain mengenai materi operasional meliputi: Dasar pemahaman tarif, pengembangan jaringan,

customer service, pick up, pemberangkatan barang, penarikan barang, pengiriman barang, dan training BEOS (BGR Express Online Sistem) meliputi pemahaman Point of Sales, Outgoing, Incoming, Delivery Run Sheet, Proof of Delivery, dan Invoice.

1. Pembagian Tugas Direksi

PT BGR melaksanakan pembagian tugas Direksi baru sebagai tindak lanjut dari program direksi untuk melakukan perubahan struktur organisasi yang telah mendapat persetujuan Dewan Komisaris. Agenda tersebut dilaksanakan pada Juni 2015 bertempat di Kantor Pusat Perusahaan.

PT BGR distributed the new task of the Board of Directors as a follow-up of the board of directors’ program to change the organizational structure that has been approved by the Board of Commissioners. The agenda was conducted on June, 2015 at the Company’s Head Office.

2. Training Keagenan BGR Express

Pada 8-11 Juni 2015, PT BGR menyelenggarakan pelatihan secara rutin dan berkala kepada agen madya BGR Express oleh tim kurir BGR Express yang diadakan di Kantor Pusat PT BGR.

Dalam pelatihan tersebut peserta yang terdiri dari 28 orang ini dibekali pengetahuan dan ketrampilan antara lain Company Profile, Basic Courier, Customer Service, Operational, Cost to cost, Billing dan Marketing.

2. BGR Express Agency Training

On June 8-11, 2015, PT BGR held a routine and periodical training to mid-senior agents of BGR Express by courier team of BGR Express held at Head Office of PT BGR. The training was attended by 28 participants that were given the knowledge and skills on, among others, Company Profile, Basic Courier, Customer Service, Operations, Cost to cost, Billing and Marketing.

3. Surveillance Audit PT BGR

Pada tanggal 8-12 Juni 2015 bertempat PT BGR telah diselenggarakan kegiatan Surveillance Audit oleh Badan Sertifkasi LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance). Kegiatan surveillance audit merupakan salah satu upaya untuk selalu mengedepankan aspek mutu dalam layanan,

operasional dan supporting bisnis PT BGR melalui

penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu yang mengadopsi pada standard ISO 9001:2008.

Kesesuaian penerapan sistem manajemen mutu di BGR dinilai oleh Lembaga independen (Badan sertifikasi LRQA) melalui kegiatan assessment/surveillancevisit yang dilakukan setiap enam bulan sekali terhadap PT BGR.

3. Audit Surveillance of PT BGR

On June 8-12, 2015, PT BGR held a Surveillance Audit activity by LRQA Certification Agency (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance) at PT BGR. The surveillance audit is one of the efforts to always uphold quality aspect in its service, operations and supporting business of PT BGR through the implementation of Quality Management System that adopts ISO standard of 9011:2008.

The conformity of quality management system at BGR is assessed by an independent body (LRQA certification agency) through assessment/surveillance visit conducted every six month on PT BGR.

1. PT BGR (Persero) Gelar Pasar Murah di DKI Jakarta, Medan dan Palembang

Pada tanggal 6 Juli 2015, PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) mengadakan Pasar Murah dengan menyediakan paket kebutuhan pokok dalam rangka membantu masyarakat kurang mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan menjelang Hari Raya Idul Fitri. Kegiatan ini berlangsung serentak di tiga cabang Perseroan antara lain DKI Jakarta, Medan dan Palembang.

1. Jalan Sehat 8 Km

Kegiatan BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri diawali dengan Jalan Sehat 8 Km. Acara yang berlangsung pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2015 diikuti oleh lebih dari 2000 orang yang terdiri dari karyawan BUMN dan masyarakat kota Bandung. Jalan Sehat 8 Km dimulai dari kantor Telkom, Gedung Graha Merah Putih, Bandung.

1. 8 Km Walk for Health

BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri activity was started with an 8 Km Walk for Health. The event was held on August 16, 2015, attended by more than 2000 people, comprising SOE employee and Bandung citizens. The 8 Km Walk for Health started from Telkom office, Graha Merah Putih Building, Bandung.

2. Upacara Peringatan HUT RI

Pada tanggal 17 Agustus 2015, dilaksanakan Upacara Peringatan HUT RI di kawasan Telkom Corporate University, Bandung yang diikuti oleh seluruh karyawan BUMN yang ada di Jawa Barat. Hadir dalam upacara ini Dirut BGR, Agus Andiyani, Direktur Keuangan BGR, Mohammad Affan, General Manager BGR Cabang Bandung, Guswandri bersama karyawan-karyawati BGR Cabang Bandung.

Dalam kegiatan upacara dilakukan seremonial penyerahan bantuan 17 laboratorium SMK dan bantuan bedah 45 rumah veteran. Pada upacara ini Dirut Telkom Group, Alex J.Sinaga membacakan sambutan Menteri Negara BUMN, Rini M. Soemarno mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan tema pada rangkaian acara Kemerdekaan RI yaitu “BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri”.

2. Independence Day Ceremony

On August 17, 2015, a ceremony to commemorate independence day of RI was held in Telkom Corporate University, Bandung, which was attended by all SOE employees in West Java. Also present in the event were President Director of BGR, Agus Andiyani, Director of Finance of BGR, Mohammad Affan, General Manager of BGR of Bandung Branch, Guswandri, together with employees of Bandung Branch of BGR.

As part of the ceremony, 17 laboratories were handed over to 17 Vocational School and 45 houses of veteran were renovated. In this ceremony, President Director of Telkom Group, Alex J. Sinaga, read out speech from the Minister of SOE, Rini M. Soemarmo, concenring matters realted to the theme in a series of the Independence Day event, namely “BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri”.

3. Pasar Murah Sembako

Pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2015, PT BGR (Persero) mengadakan pasar murah sembako yang diadakan bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan di wilayah kerja Gudang Cibereum melalui penyediaan paket kebutuhan pokok. Kegiatan tersebut juga turut dihadiri oleh Wakil Walikota Tasikmalaya, Dede Sudrajat.

3. Staple Food Bazaar

On August 15, 2015, PT BGR (Persero) organized a staple food bazaar for the community in need at working areas of Cibereum Warehouse through the provision of staple food package. This activity was also attended by Deputy Mayor of Tasikmalaya, Dede Sudrajat.

4. Bantuan Laboratorium Untuk SMK dan Direksi Mengajar

Pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2015 PT BGR menyerahkan bantuan berupa komputer sebanyak lima buah kepada SMK Insan Mandiri. Bantuan tersebut diserahkan langsung oleh Dirut BGR, Agus Andiyani kepada Kepala Sekolah SMK Insan Mandiri, Aceng Endang.

Sementara itu, Kepala Sekolah SMK Insan Mandiri, Aceng Endang mengungkapkan kegembiraannya dapat dikunjungi Dirut PT BGR. Ia berharap melalui kegiatan Direksi Mengajar ini siswa-siswi terpacu untuk mengejar cita-citanya.

4. Laboratorium Facility for Vocational School and Board of Directors Teaches

On August 28, 2015, PT BGR handed over a donation in the form of five units of computers to SMK Insan Mandiri. The donation was directly handed over to President Director of BGR, Agus Andiyani, to Headmaster of SMK Insan Mandiri, Aceng Endang.

Meanwhile, Headmaster of SMK Insan Mandiri, Aceng Endang, expressed his joy for being visited by President Director of PT BGR. He expected that through the activity of Director Teaches, the students are motivated to pursue their goals.

Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Ulang Tahun ke-70 Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, PT. BGR berpartisipasi dalam Pameran Indonesia Hebat yang berlangsung di Parkir Selatan Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta. Acara yang diselenggarakan Kementerian BUMN ini berlangsung selama 3 hari pada tanggal 21 sampai dengan 23 Agustus 2015.

Pameran yang dibuka secara resmi oleh Menteri BUMN RI Rini Soemarno diikuti lebih dari 50 BUMN. Kegiatan ini merupakan rangkaian perwujudan BUMN hadir untuk negeri dan memperlihatkan kontribusi BUMN saat ini kepada masyarakat luas.

6. PT BGR Took Part in “Pencapaian Anak Bangsa” Exhibition

To commemorate the 70th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, PT. BGR took part in Pameran Indonesia Hebat held at the South Parking Lot of Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta. The event was held by the Ministry of SOE for 3 days, from August 21-23, 2015.

The exhibition was officially opened by the Minister of SOE, RI, Rini Soemarno, which was attended by more than 50 SOEs. This event was a series of BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri event and showed SOE’s today’s contribution to the wider public.

3. BGR Salurkan Bantuan Air Bersih Di Gunung Kidul

Pada tanggal 13 September 2015, PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) melalui Unit PKBL Kantor Pusat menyalurkan bantuan kemanusiaan berupa bantuan air bersih di wilayah Gunung Kidul.

2. PT BGR Tingkatkan Kerjasama Dengan Garuda Indonesia

PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) semakin meningkatkan kerjasama dengan maskapai penerbangan Garuda Indonesia. Hal ini ditandai dengan keikutsertaan PT BGR Cabang Palembang dalam acara Garuda Indonesia Travel Fair (GATF) 2015 yang digelar pada 3-5 Oktober 2015 di Palembang Icon Mall.

BGR akan bekerjasama dengan Garuda Indonesia dalam beberapa pekerjaan antara lain penggunaan space cargo, pengembangan jaringan BGR Express, pembukaan counter BGR Express didekat ticketing Garuda Indonesia serta pelayanan pengiriman bagasi umrah dan haji.

2. PT BGR Increased Partnership with Garuda Indonesia

PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) further enhanced its cooperation with Garuda Indonesia airline. This was marked by the participation of PT BGR of Palembang Branch in 2015 Garuda Indonesia Travel Fair (GATF) held on October 3-5, 2015 in Palembang Icon Mall.

BGR will partner with Garuda Indonesia in several jobs, among others, the use of space cargo, BGR Express network development, the opening of BGR Express counter near the ticketing of Garuda Indonesia, as well as umrah an hajj baggage deliver service.

3. Menghadapi MEA 2015, BGR Promosikan Jasa di Pameran Logistik Internasional ITSCL 2015

PT BGR (Persero) menjadi sponsor dalam pameran internasional “Indonesia Transport, Supply Chain & Logistics”atau ITSCL 2015 di Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo), yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 7-9 Oktober 2015.

Kegiatan tersebut merupakan strategi pemasaran dan promosi baik untuk pasar nasional maupun internasional dalam Menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) 2015.

3. Facing 2015 MEA, BGR Promoted Its Services at 2015 ITSCL International Logistic Exhibition

karyawan untuk menunjang operasional perusahaan, Perseroan menyelenggarakan program pendidikan dan pelatihan. Setiap karyawan memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mengikuti program pendidikan dan pelatihan.

Other than their monthly salary and transportation allowance, the employees also obtains various other allowances such as Religious Holiday Allowance (THR), leave allowance, and bereavement support for the employees whose family member pass away. Employee welfare in the Company also covers the following aspect:

• Medical Check-Up; • Family Gathering; • Leave;

• Medical Treatment.

c. Participation in Employment Social Security Administrative Bodies (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)

The Company provides health insurance for its employees covering periodical medical allowance and treatment. Moreover, all employees in the Company is participated in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program, both for permanent and contract employees.

d. Equality in Educational and Training Programs

To improve employee’s skills and capacities and to support the Company’s operations, the Company holds various educational and training activities for its employees. Each employee has fair and equal opportunity to participate in the educational and training programs.

Kesehatan karyawan merupakan salah satu kunci utama agar karyawan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang optimal terhadap kinerja Perseroan. Untuk itu, Perseroan merasa memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menjaga kesehatan karyawannya di samping karyawan itu sendiri. Perseroan memfasilitasi karyawan dengan beberapa kegiatan yang diharapkan dapat membangkitkan kesadaran dan motivasi dalam menjaga kesehatan masing-masing. Selain itu, Perseroan juga memberikan fasilitas kesehatan kepada keluarga karyawan dengan ikut serta dalam program BPJS Kesehatan.

Keselamatan Kerja

Keselamatan kerja merupakan salah satu perhatian utama Perseroan. Untuk itu, Perseroan berusaha untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman untuk mendukung terciptanya kinerja perusahaan yang optimal. Perseroan bertekad menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, bebas cedera dan melakukan kegiatan operasional sesuai kaidah yang berlaku.

Untuk meminimalkan potensi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan berbagai jenis bencana di lingkungan kerja, Perseroan telah melengkapi seluruh kantor operasionalnya dengan berbagai perangkat keselamatan kerja standar, seperti APAR, Smoke Detector dan berbagai perlengkapan lainnya.

Perseroan juga mengikutsertakan karyawannya dalam program Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja, Jaminan Hari Tua, Jaminan Kematian, yang diselenggarakan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Occupational Health

Health is one of the keys for the employees to give optimum contribution for the Company’s performance. To that end, the Company has a responsibility to maintain the health of its employees and this is carried out by facilitating them with various activities that are expected to raise their awareness and motivation in keeping their own health.

In addition, the Company also provides health facility for its employees’ families by participating in BPJS Kesehatan Program.

Occupational Safety

The Company also prioritizes the safety of its employees by creating secure and comfortable work environment to support optimum performance of the employees. The Company is determined to establish healthy work environment that is free from accident, and to carry out operations in line with the prevailing principles.

To minimize the potential of work accident and other disaster in work environment, the Company has equipped all of its operational offices with various standard work safety equipments, such as APAR, smoke detector and other facilities.

The Company also enlisted its employees in Work Accident Insurance program, Old Age Insurance program, and Life Insurance program organized by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Selain pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap komunitas, ekonomi skala kecil maupun sosial sebagaimana diuraikan di atas, Perseroan merealisasikan berbagai kegiatan sebagai wujud tanggung jawab sosial kepada pelanggan Perseroan. Pelaksanaan program tanggung-jawab sosial terhadap konsumen Perseroan, dilakukan dengan menyediakan ragam produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan spesifik para pelanggan. Perseroan memberikan perhatian yang besar pada upaya-upaya untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan merupakan salah satu tolok ukur yang digunakan Perseroan untuk memastikan layanan yang diberikan Perseroan telah sesuai dengan harapan Pelanggan. Karyawan selalu memberikan penjelasan yang detail terkait produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan Perseroan kepada calon nasabah. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar calon pelanggan mendapatkan informasi yang jelas sebelum memutuskan menggunakan produk Perseroan.

Selain itu, Perseroan juga memiliki website yaitu www.bgrindonesia.com yang dapat dimanfaatkan pelanggan untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi terkait produk dan kinerja Perseroan. Melalui website

In addition to the corporate social responsibility to the community, small businesses and social environment mentioned above, the Company also conducts various social responsibility activities to its customers. The implementation of CSR programs to the customers is carried out by providing various products that are adjusted to the specific needs of the customers.

The Company puts great attention to the efforts of improving service quality to the customers. Customer satisfaction level is one of the benchmark used by the Company to ensure that its service is up to par with customers’ expectations.

The employees constantly provide detailed explanation on the products and services of the Company to potential customers. This aims to facilitate the potential customers with clear information before they decide to employ the Company’s products and services.
