ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU DENGAN

(Study Kasus: Pabrik Syahfira Bakery)

ABSTRAK

Perkembangan dunia usaha sangtlah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat
signifikan. Ini menjadi tantangan bagi dunia usaha, baik yang akan merinits
ataupun yang akan bertahan dengan adnya globalisasi yang tinggal menunggu
waktu saja. Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas salah satu persediaan yaitu
bahan baku. Bahan baku merupakan salah satu faktor yang terpenting dalam
melakukan suatu produksi. Kekuragan bahan baku akan berakibat pada
terhambatnya proses produksi, sedangkan kelebihan bahan baku akan berimbas
pada membengkaknya biaya penyimpanan. Unuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, ada
sebuah metode yang digunaka yaitu Economic Order Quantity.
Total biaya persediaan bahan baku menurut pabrik Syahfira Bakery
sebesar Rp. 4.770.206,141 sedangkan menurut Economic Order Quantity (EOQ)
sebesar Rp. 3.160.948,702 dan dapat dilakukan penghematan sebesar Rp.
1.609.257,439 dari biaya persediaan bahan baku menurut Pabrik Syahfira Bakery.

ABSTRACT

The development of the business world is experiencing a very significant
development. This is challage for the business world, both of which will be
initiated, or that will the glabalization that is a matter of time. In this study will
discuss one of which is the raw material. The raw material is one of the most
important factors in making a production. Raw material will impact on the
ballooning storage cost. To overcome these problems, there is a method that can
be used is Economic Order Quantity.

The total cost of inventories of raw materials according to Syahfira Bakery
factory Rp. 4.770.206,141 whereas according to the method of Economic Order
Quantity (EOQ) Rp. 3.160.948,702 and do savings of Rp. 1.609.257,439 From the
inventory cost of raw material according to Syahfira Bakery Factory.
