ABSTRAK
PENGARUH SELEKSI, PENEMPATAN, DAN PELATIHAN
TERHADAP HUMAN ERROR PARAMEDIS
DI RSIA. STELLA MARIS
KOTA MEDAN
RSIA. Stella Maris adalah satu rumah sakit khusus melayani kesehatan ibu
dan anak. Pelayanan kesehatan di RSIA. Stella Maris dilakukan oleh team dokter
kebidanan & kandungan, dokter anak, dokter spesialis terkait, perawat, bidan serta
diperlengkapi oleh tenaga professional lainnya dibidang nonmedis.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh
seleksi, penempatan, dan pelatihan terhadap human error paramedis di RSIA.
Stella Maris kota Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh paramedis
yang bekerja di RSIA. Stella Maris. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan
menggunakan rumus Slovin, yaitu dipilih sebanyak 138 dari 211 paramedis
dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data
primer menggunakan kuisioner dan pengumpulan data sekunder menggunakan
studi pustaka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode
analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik analisis statistik inferensial, uji hipotesis
yang terdiri dari uji signifikan parsial (Uji-t), uji signifikan simultan (Uji-F)
dengan taraf signifikan 5%, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2).
Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan

seleksi, penempatan, dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
human error paramedis di RSIA. Stella Maris kota Medan. Pada hasil analisis
koefisien determinasi didapat nilai R Square sebesar 0,413 atau 41,3% yang
berarti variabel human error (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel seleksi (X1),
penempatan (X2), dan pelatihan (X3). Sedangkan sisanya 58,7% dapat dijelaskan
oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
THE INFLUENCE OF SELECTION, PLACEMENT, AND TRAINING
OF HUMAN ERROR PARAMEDIC
AT RSIA. STELLA MARIS
MEDAN CITY
RSIA. Stella Maris is a special serving women and children’s health
hospital. The healthy service in RSIA. Stella Maris is doing by team of doctors in
obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrician, related specialist doctors, nurses,
tecologist, and equipped by other professionals in non-medical line.

This research aims to identify and to analyze the influence of selection,
placement, and training of human error paramedic at RSIA. Stella Maris Medan
city. The population of this research were all paramedic working at RSIA. Stella
Maris. The sampling techniques using the formula Slovin, selected 138 from 211
paramedic which are taken by Simple Random Sampling. Primary data
collections were taken using questionnaires and secondary data from literature
studies. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis
method, statistical inferential analysis method, hypothesis testing consisted of
partial significance test (t-test), simultaneous significance test (F-test) with
significance level of 5%, and the coefficient of determination test (R2).
This result obtained from this research shows that the simultaneously
selection, placement, and training positively and significantly influence of human
error paramedic at RSIA. Stella Maris Medan city. In the analysis results
obtained value of the coefficient of determination R Square of 0.413 or 41.3%
means that human error variable (Y) can be explained by the variables of
selection (X1), placement (X2), and training (X3). While the remaining 58.7% can
be explained by other variables not examined in this study.
