Berdasarkan r eview yang t elah dipapar- kan di bagian sebelumnya, maka dapat disu- sun suat u diagram pohon dari f akt or-f akt or yang diduga sebagai det erminan dari kera- gaman konsumsi pangan. Ada lima f akt or yang diduga merupakan det erminan pent ing kera- gaman konsumsi pangan yait u daya beli pa- ngan, penget ahuan gizi, wakt u yang t ersedia unt uk pengelolaan pangan, kesukaan pangan dan ket ersediaan pangan (gambar 2. 1). De- ngan menggunakan prinsip met ode f ormulasi kerangka pikir, yang diusulkan oleh Delp et al . (1977), maka diagram pohon yang dikembang- kan unt uk menggambarkan kerangka pikir ke- ragaman konsumsi pangan dit unj ukkan pada gambar 1.
