Berdasarkan r eview yang t elah dipapar- kan di bagian sebelumnya, maka dapat disu- sun suat u diagram pohon dari f akt or-f akt or yang diduga sebagai det erminan dari keragaman konsumsi pangan. Ada lima f akt or yang diduga merupakan det erminan pent ing keragaman konsumsi pangan yait u daya beli pangan, penget ahuan gizi, wakt u yang t ersedia unt uk pengelolaan pangan, kesukaan pangan dan ket ersediaan pangan (gambar 2. 1). De- ngan menggunakan prinsip met ode f ormulasi kerangka pikir, yang diusulkan oleh Delp et al . (1977), maka diagram pohon yang dikembang- kan unt uk menggambarkan kerangka pikir keragaman konsumsi pangan dit unj ukkan pada gambar 1.

Variabel yang diduga merubah daya beli pangan adalah biaya pangan, harga pangan dan ukuran rumaht angga. Biaya pangan kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh pendapat an rumaht angga, komposisi rumaht angga da penge- t ahuan gizi orang t ua, khususnya ibu.
