BAB VI SIMPULAN DAN SARAN

A. Simpulan

Ekstrak daun sendok dosis 1 mg/mencit dan 2 mg/mencit menurunkan derajat inflamasi bronkus mencit BALB/c model asma alergi.

B. Saran

Dengan mempertimbangkan hasil penelitian ini, penulis memberi saran sebagai berikut :

1. Dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai dosis optimal dan dosis toksik daun sendok sebagai obat antiasma alergi dengan menambah variasi dosis.

2. Dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai evaluasi daun sendok sebagai obat antiasma alergi menggunakan mencit model asma alergi kronik.
