100 As at 31 March 2008, the Company’s authorised capital is 12,000,000,000 shares 31 March 2007:
10,000—unaudited, 31 December 2007: 500,000, 2006 and 2005: 10,000 shares. As at 31 March 2008, 5 and 8 of the Company’s share capital owned by Low Tuck Kwong was
pledged as collateral for the loan due to Merrill refer to Note 14 and Vitol Asia Pte. Ltd., respectively refer to Note 17.
Based on a Circular Resolution of Shareholders dated 27 November 2007 which was legalised through Notarial Deed No. 57 of Yani Indrawaty Wibawa S.H., notary in Jakarta, dated 27 November 2007, the
shareholders of the Company decided to approve the transfer of 500 shares owned by PT Ima Global Link to Jenny Quantero.
Based on the Company’s Circular Resolution of Shareholders dated 6 December 2007, which was legalised through Notarial Deed No. 22 of Yani Indrawaty Wibawa, S.H., notary in Jakarta, dated 6 December
2007, the Company’s shareholders decided to increase authorised capital from Rp 10,000 to Rp 500,000 and issued and fully paid capital from Rp 10,000 to Rp 300,000.
Based on an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 18 March 2008, which was legalised by Notarial Deed No. 87 dated 18 March 2008 of Sutjipto S.H., notary in Jakarta, the shareholders decided to

increase the Company’s authorised capital from Rp 500,000 to Rp 1,200,000 and the number of authorised shares from 500,000 to 12,000,000,000 shares. The par value of the shares was changed from Rp 1,000,000 full
amount to Rp 100 full amount per share, this resulted in the number of issued shares increasing from 300,000 shares to 3,000,000,000 shares.
20. GENERAL RESERVE
The Limited Liability Company Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 402007 passed in August 2007, requires the establishment of a general reserve amounting to at least 20 of a company’s issued and paid up
capital. As at 31 March 2008, the Company has not yet established a general reserve. Refer to Note 33l for establishment of general reserve subsequent to 31 March 2008.
