47 Buck plays his name when he introduces himself to herd. He tells his full
name and then shouts loudly to introduce his nickname is long for. The six KR parameters for the two joke versions are the same, but
Buck’s screaming for his name in Bahasa Indonesia was somehow replaced with
“Beeeeeh”, not using the vocal sound of “uh”. Apart from this matter, this joke was translated well for
maintaining all KR parameters. From the total 9 Jokes of the movies, 7 of them were successfully translated,
including the 4 subcategories of Jokes. Those jokes which consistently translated hold the same Knowledge Resources parameters retained from the original jokes.
Having preserved the six Knowledge Resources, the target language jokes successfully delivered the humor-inducing effect from the source text jokes.
2. Consistency of Riddle Translation
According to the verbal humor types analysis discussed previously, the movie uses a verbal humor that is classified into Riddle.

48 Based on the comparison, there found differences between these two
versions. The first difference lies in the SO parameter, which the target text riddle does not preserve the same scripts from the original riddle. This SO difference
makes the translated version is a different VEH from the original version. The scripts difference obviously affects the LM parameter to be asymmetric with
source text verbal humor. Since the translated verbal humor does not render the puzzling element, the LA also becomes dissimilar to the original version.
Consequently, this riddle was not delivered equally to the Indonesian audiences.
3. Consistency of Satire Translation
The 13 satirical VEH found in the movie were discussed in this part. After all satire used in the movie has been analyzed, there came a conclusion that 12 out
of 13 satire were consistently translated into Bahasa Indonesia by maintaining all Knowledge Resources from the original samples. See one example below:

The first satire was well-translated into Bahasa Indonesia for transferring all six KR parameters. The deer makes fun of Diego after being fiercely pursued as a
Diego’s prey, but soon Diego feels dizzy and exhausted. The deer dances and mocks the tiger as Diego is still panting. Although this VEH might be funnier
with the visual element, but the verbal element is still sufficient for generating humorous effect.

The satire was considered not well-translated since the TT verbal humor has different scripts SO from the ST. The translated version was a failed translation,
apart from the scripts difference, since “shriek” does not mean ”mencicit” in

of an earthquake sound.
