- 6 glasses of clean water - 1 cup cooked rice
- 12 level teaspoon salt 2 For Oral Rehydration Therapy ORT
- 6 glasses of clean water - 1 scant teaspoon salt

3 For Oral Rehydration Solution ORS - 6 glasses of water
