5. KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

5.1. Kesimpulan

Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian dan penyusunan skripsi ini serta disesuaikan dengan tujuannya, maka diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 5.1.1 Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan yang dibangun dapat menampilkan laporan memudahkan dalam pencarian data arsip pegawai dan data arsip pensiun dan data terstuktur dan ter organisir sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. 5.1.2 Laporan Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan data pegawai dan data pensiun yang mengoptimal kinerja pegawai sehingga dalam pengolahan laporan dan penyajian arsip dapat berjalan dengan baik. 5.1.3Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengolahan data arsip pegawai dan data arsip pensiun dapat menjadi lebih efisien. 5.1.4Melalui analisis yang dilakukan pengolahan data arsip pengawai dan data arsip pension sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh bapak bagio selaku pengguna yang mempunyai jabatan sebagai bagian kepegawaian arsip.

5.2. Saran

Perangkat lunak Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan ini masih dapat dikembangkan seiring dengan berkembangnya spesifikasi kebutuhan pengguna sistem yang harus dipenuhi dalam mencapai hasil dan kinerja sistem yang lebih baik. Masih banyak fasilitas –fasilitas lain dalam aplikasi kepegawaian yang perlu dikembangkan di KANREG III BKN pada umumnya untuk memaksimalkan kerja sistem yang setiap saat selalu berkembang seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan informasi dan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Pada system informasi pengarsipan yang di bangun masih banyak terdapat kekurangan dan hanya mengolah data arsip yang dapat mengepesienkan kinerja pegawai yang akan menerima sk cpns,sk kenaikan jabatan, sk kenaikan gaji, sk penambahan anakistrisuami, sk pensiun dan lain lain. 6. Dipati Ukur No.112 Bandung 40132 bandungdewatayahoo.com ABSTRACT Official State Institution BKN is one institution with function to accomplish, maintain and develop state administration in officialdom area so that continuity of government may be reached. Officialdom data managed includes main employee data, employee history data, and employee mutation data. However, in fact this instance has not had one integrated system accurately for keeping archives data. Recently, the officialdom data management is still manual, though it has been implemented in excel and access forms. This system information use filing method be base on number of employee NIP, involves descriptive research method with case study research in instance, where data collection technique used includes observation, interview, and literature study. Data analysis technique involves waterfall method while structural analysis involves structured analysis, namely URD Entity Relationship Diagram to describe data model and DFD Data Flow Diagram in describing functional model. Data processed include letter of decree SK CPNS, SK rank promotion data, SK rank periodical salary, SK increasing husbandwifechild of civil state employee. After through phases based on selected development method, system test consisting of alpha test was performed using black box test method focusing on functional software terms with conclusion of test result that syntax error may occur because process selection in the form of message display direction has not been still maximally presented, and beta test i.e. field test with conclusion of test result that system scores fairly good, learnable, easy to use, has interesting display and follows instance needs BKN. INTRODUCTION 1.1 Background Issues BKN KANREG III State Employment Agency BANDUNG are working on the utilization of information technology in an optimal fashion so that the computer much more developed use, in this case intended to be used as data processing media files available on the institution or presentation of the archived data. The fact that there is now in the processing of employee data records are still done manually. Based on the results of interviews with the agency manually, which at the time needed to check the archives are still closet one by one to find the folder that contains the file details. One also found the data were scattered from a file clerk and less structured, leading to delays in conducting the data changes periodically raises, promotions, addition of children and retired employees and data as well as to the preparation of reports on archived data. Based on the problems described above, then the KANREG III BKN State Employment Agency BANDUNG intend to build a system that can process data files owned by the institution.

In accordance with the background above problems, so in this study can be formulated problem will be discussed are: How to build information systems pengawai data archiving and data archiving methods pension based on the number KANREG III BKN State Employment Agency BANDUNG.

1.3 Purpose

The purpose of this research is to develop information systems personnel data archiving and data archiving methods pension based on the number of State Personnel Agency BKN Through Case Study On Regional Office KANREG III State Personnel Agency BKN Bandung.

1.4 Purpose

The goals of this system is as follows 1. Facilitate the search of the archives staff by typing NIP Tax Up Employee can directly megetahui where space, cupboards, shelves and file folder that contains the employee details are. 2. Optimize the performance of the State Personnel Agency employees BKN KANREG III Bandung as will the preparation of reports on the data archive staff. 1.5 Limitation Problem Scope study. In order for the discussion can be done as directed and as expected, it is necessary to apply restrictions to the problems discussed in it, among others: 1. Operating systems that support the system that will be built this is Windows 2000NTXP. 2. The method of analysis used in the construction of this system is based on data flow tersrtuktur, where the device is used to describe the data model is Entity Relationship Diagram ERD, whereas the functional model to describe the Context Diagram and Data Flow Diagram DFD.. 3. Tools used is Borland Delphi 7 as an application in the design interface and SQL Server 2000 as a database. 4. This system can process data archiving and data employee retirement. 5. The output of this system of reporting the data file storing data and data workers retire. 6. Filing Method Based on the number, the number used is NIP Tax Up Employees. 7. Archive search method based on the employee NIP Tax Up Employee. 8. Users who will use this system is part of personnel KANREG III BKN Bandung.
