1. PROGRAM GULA RETAIL
Pada tahun 2012 penjulan gula PT RNI tidak hanya terfokus pada penjualan gula jumlah besar
saja tetapi telah memasuki pasar gula ritel yang didistribusikan melalui anak perusahaan Nusindo
GIEB dan melalui karyawan. Rincian Aktifitas:
• Mengawasi produksi gula retail 2012
• Mengawasi penjulan gula retail 2012
• Mengawasi pengadaan mesin pengemas gula
ritel •
Mengawasi pembuatan merk “Raja Gula” Target:
Peningkatan produksi gula ritel kemasan 1 kg Realisasi:
Tercapai produksi ± 6.500 ton sampai Desember 2012
Rencana Tindak Lanjut: •
Memusatkan distribusi gula ritel melalui pasar modern antara lain Rajawali Mart
• Menguatkan brand image “Raja Gula”
• Direncanakan seluruh produksi gula dijual
dalam bentuk gula ritel
2. PROYEK GULA PREMIUM
Pada tahun 2012 penjualan gula PT RNI tidak hanya terfokus pada penjualan gula jumlah besar
saja tetapi telah memasuki pasar gula ritel yang didistribusikan melalui anak perusahaan Nusindo

• Penentuan teknologi gula premium
• Pendampingan pengadaan peralatan
• Pendampingan pembangunan instalasi

Target: Persiapan produksi gula premium di PG SB dan
PG JT pada tahun 2013 Realisasi:
PG SB: tahap finishing proyek DRK bantuan 1. RETAIL SUGAR PROGRAM
In 2012, sales of PT. RNI’s sugar were not only focused on selling only bulk sugar but has entered
the retail sugar market which is distributed through its subsidiaries Nusindo GIEB and through
employee. Details of activities:
• Monitoring production of 2012 retail sugar • Monitoring sales of 2012 retail sugar
• Monitoring the procurement of retail sugar
packing machine • Monitoring of “Raja Gula” brand creation
Target: Increasing production of 1 kg packaged retail sugar
Realization: Total amount of production until December 2012 is
± 6,500 tons Follow-up Plans:
• Focus on distributing retail sugar through modern market, among others is Rajawali Mart
• Enhance “Raja Gula” brand image • Planned entire sugar production is sold in the
form of retail sugar
2. PREMIUM SUGAR PROJECT In 2012, sales of PT RNI’s sugar were not only
