Atas akuisisi IDKM terdapat nilai wajar hak siaran broadcasting right sebesar Rp1.206.173.414
Catatan 1d sesuai dengan perhitungan KJPP Stefanus Tonny Hardi Rekan. Hak siar tersebut
diamortisasi selama 15 tahun sesuai dengan estimasi masa manfaatnya. Amortisasi untuk
periode tiga bulan yang berakhir 31 Maret 2012 sebesar Rp20.102.890 dan tahun 2011 sebesar
Rp33.504.817, disajikan sebagai bagian dari beban umum dan administrasi pada laporan laba rugi
komprehensif konsolidasian. The acquisition of IDKM there is a fair value of
broadcasting right amounting to Rp1,206,173,414 Note 1d according to calculation of KJPP
Stefanus Tonny Hardi Rekan. The broadcasting right is amortized for 15 years as its estimated
useful life. The amortization for three month period ended March 31, 2012 is Rp20,102,890 and for the
year 2011 is Rp33,504,817, presented as part of general and administrative expense in consolidated
statements of comprehensive income .
Saldo goodwill terutama merupakan goodwill atas penyertaan pada saham SCM dan SCTV dari
beberapa transaksi berikut: Goodwill mainly represents goodwill arising from
the investment in shares of stock in SCM and SCTV from several transactions as follows:
• Akuisisi atas saham SCTV dari pemegang
saham terdahulu oleh SCM menghasilkan goodwill sebesar Rp803,90 miliar pada tahun
2002. •
Acquisitions of shares in SCTV from former shareholders by SCM that resulted in total
goodwill of Rp803.90 billion in 2002.
• Akuisisi saham SCM oleh AM, Entitas Anak,
dari pemegang saham SCM terdahulu, menghasilkan
goodwill positif sebesar
Rp472,33 miliar sebelum tahun 2006. •
Acquisitions of shares in SCM by AM, a Subsidiary, from former SCM shareholders
that resulted in total positive goodwill of Rp472.33 billion prior to 2006.
• Pada tanggal 2 April 2008, melalui akuisisi
secara langsung atas 158.074.500 saham SCM oleh Perusahaan dari beberapa Ashmore Funds
yang menghasilkan goodwill sebesar

On April 2, 2008, through direct acquisition of 158,074,500 SCM shares by the Company
from certain Ashmore Funds, that resulted in total goodwill of Rp90,280,398.
• Pada tanggal 15 April 2008, atas akuisisi
langsung 1.490.247.500 saham SCM oleh Perusahaan dari AM, Perusahaan melakukan
tambahan pembayaran sebesar Rp445.818.161 yang merupakan nilai premi opsi atas
pengalihan opsi saham SCM dari Ashmore Fund Investors 2, Ashmore Fund Investors 3
dan SGL TV kepada Perusahaan Catatan 1d. Perusahaan telah mengkonversi opsi tersebut
pada tanggal 15 April 2008. •
On April 15, 2008, upon direct acquisition of the 1,490,247,500 SCM shares by the
Company from AM, the Company incurred additional consideration of Rp445,818,161
representing the value of option premium upon the novation of options over SCM shares from
Ashmore Fund Investors 2, Ashmore Fund Investors 3 and SGL TV to the Company
