Before the implementation of the actions, from the pre-test, the researcher found many errors done by the students almost in all aspects. Moreover, there
were some students who wrote some text in Indonesian while some others write the unknown word using Indonesia. There were 20 students below the standard
score. After conducting the action of Cycle I, the researcher found some improvement. From the post-test I, there were only 4 students who got the score
below the standard. The organization of the text of the most students was good. All of the students inserted the measure of the materials and signal words in the
steps. There was also improvement in the vocabulary use. Most of the students used right vocabularies. Unfortunately, there were still many things to be
improved. Although the students’ errors in mechanics were decreased, it had to be improved more. Minimum requirement mistakes were still found in some
students. There were also still 2 students who did the cheating. After conducting Cycle II, the researcher found there were more
improvements in many aspects than Cycle I. The minimum requirement mistakes were rarely found. Most of the students were good at vocabulary. There was no
cheating in the students’ writing. There were also 4 students who got perfect scores. It means that they did not do any errors in their writing.
