C. Data Collection Methods
1. Primary Data
According to Istijanto, 2009: 44 primary data is original data collected by researchers to answer his research in particular . Primary Data
is the data that is obtained from the results of the interview directly from respondents who became the object of research to obtain data,
information and other information of the respondents then performed by means of a Questionnaire method, i.e. a way of data collection by
disseminating a list of questions that the answer is decide in advance and the respondent was not given an opportunity to answer another
member. As for the primary data used in this research are:
a. Questionnaire Primary Data
Data collection techniques to do the Division list of questions directly to student Budi Luhur University. So the data which has been
got by the author are equal to the real condition when the research is implemented.

2. Secondary Data
Secondary Data is data collection techniques are indirectly about the object of study conducted by way of a literature study of the various
books, journals, magazines, books or other writings that are considered to have the relationship thing is examined using a written report or previous
research. According to Istijanto, 2009: 38 the secondary data is data that has been collected by others rather than by the researchers themselves
