Kewajiban imbalan kerja jangka panjang lainnya d. Other long-term employee benefit obligation Perusahaan, EPN, SCU dan PND memberikan penghargaan sejumlah kas tertentu kepada para karyawan berdasarkan lamanya masa kerja karyawan, yang dinamakan Ulang Tahun Dinas “UTD”. UTD dibayarkan pada waktu karyawan mencapai ulang tahun dinas tertentu. Kewajiban terkait dengan penghargaan tersebut ditentukan berdasarkan penilaian aktuarial dengan menggunakan metode Projected Unit Credit. Kewajiban yang dicatat dalam laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian 30 Juni 2013 adalah Rp2.776 dan biaya imbalan kerja terkait yang dibebankan sebesar Rp45 untuk periode 2013. The Company, EPN, SCU and PND provide certain cash awards to their employees based on the employees’ length of service, namely Ulang Tahun Dinas “UTD”. UTD is paid at the time the employees reach anniversary dates during employment. The obligation with respect to this award was determined based on an actuarial valuation using the Projected Unit Credit method. The obligations recorded in the consolidated statement of financial position as at 30 June 2013, amounted to Rp2,776 and the related employee benefits costs charged to expense amounted to Rp45 for the period 2013.
