PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Bank Syariah Mandiri Pada bulan April 2010, EPN memperoleh fasilitas pembiayaan Murabahah dari Bank Syariah Mandiri dengan fasilitas maksimum sebesar Rp5.700. On April 2010, EPN obtained the Murabahah financing facility from Bank Syariah Mandiri with a maximum facility amounting to Rp5,700. EPN telah merealisasi pembiayaan senilai Rp5.674 yang harus dicicil selama 60 enam puluh bulan sampai dengan bulan Juni 2015 dengan marjin keuntungan untuk Bank Syariah Mandiri sebesar Rp3.243. Fasilitas pembiayaan ini dijamin dengan aset yang dibiayai dari fasilitas pembiayaan tersebut dan piutang usaha sebesar Rp2.000. EPN has availed the facility at Rp5,674 and it is payable in 60 sixty months installments up to June 2015 with a profit margin for Bank Syariah Mandiri amounting to Rp3,243. This financing facility is secured by assets financed from this loan facility and trade receivables amounting to Rp2,000. WESEL BAYAR 19. NOTES PAYABLE Pada tanggal 20 Januari 2011, Perusahaan menandatangani Perjanjian Penerbitan Fixed-Rate Notes “FRN” dengan Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited. Berdasarkan perjanjian tersebut, pada tanggal 27 Januari 2011, Perusahaan akan menerbitkan FRN senilai AS50 juta. FRN berjangka waktu 5 lima tahun terhitung sejak tanggal 27 Januari 2011. Tingkat bunga FRN sebesar 9 per tahun dan akan dibayarkan setiap 6 enam bulan sekali yakni setiap tanggal 27 Januari dan tanggal 27 Juli setiap tahunnya. Dana hasil penerbitan FRN akan digunakan untuk pembiayaan belanja modal dan modal kerja. FRN akan dijamin dengan peralatan yang akan dibiayai oleh dana hasil penerbitan FRN. Pada tanggal 27 Januari 2011, Perusahaan telah menerima dana hasil penerbitan FRN sebesar AS48,4 juta setelah dikurangi dengan biaya-biaya penerbitan. On 20 January 2011, the Company entered into a Subscription Agreement of Fixed-Rate Notes “FRN” with Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited. Based on this agreement, on 27 January 2011, the Company will issue FRN with a total amount of US50 million. FRN is payable in 5 five years commencing from 27 January 2011. FRN bears interest at 9 per annum and is payable semi- annually on 27 January and 27 July each year. Proceeds from the issue of FRN will be used to finance capital expenditure and working capital. FRN will be secured by the equipment which will be financed by proceeds from the issued FRN. On 27 January 2011, the Company has received proceeds from the issue of FRN amounting to US48.4 million after deducted with cost of issuance.
