Associates continued AIBM AIBM Peningkatan modal Increase of capital Pada bulan Juli 2013, Perusahaan dan AGSA menyetujui peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh AIBM yang semula berjumlah Rp130.000 yang terdiri dari 130.000 saham menjadi sejumlah Rp500.000, yang terdiri dari 500.000 saham. Sebagai hasilnya, Perusahaan dan AGSA melakukan penambahan modal masing-masing sebesar Rp181.300 dan Rp188.700 ke dalam AIBM, dimana Perusahaan dan AGSA tetap mempertahankan persentase kepemilikannya di dalam AIBM masing-masing sebesar 49 dan 51. In July 2013, the Company and AGSA agreed to increase the issued and fully paid capital of AIBM from Rp130,000, which consists of 130,000 shares to Rp500,000, which consists of 500,000 shares. As a result, the Company and AGSA injected additional capital in AIBM amounting to Rp181,300 and Rp188,700, respectively, while share ownerships of the Company and AGSA in AIBM remained at 49 and 51, respectively. Pada bulan November 2013, Perusahaan dan AGSA menyetujui peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh AIBM yang semula berjumlah Rp500.000 yang terdiri dari 500.000 saham menjadi sejumlah Rp1.030.000, yang terdiri dari 1.030.000 saham. Sebagai hasil dari peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh tersebut, Perusahaan dan AGSA menyetor uang masing-masing sebesar Rp259.700 dan Rp270.300 ke dalam AIBM. As a result of the said increase in issued and fully paid capital, the Company and AGSA injected cash in AIBM amounting to Rp259,700 and Rp270,300, respectively. Pada bulan Maret 2014, Perusahaan dan AGSA menyetujui peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh AIBM yang semula berjumlah Rp1.030.000 yang terdiri dari 1.030.000 saham menjadi sejumlah Rp1.210.000 terdiri dari 1.210.000 saham. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, Perusahaan dan AGSA menyetor sejumlah uang masing- masing sebesar Rp88.200 dan Rp91.800 ke dalam AIBM. PT Prima Cahaya Indobeverages PT Prima Cahaya Indobeverages Akuisisi Acquisition Pada tanggal 27 Juni 2013, IASB dan AIBM secara bersama-sama disebut “Pihak Pembeli” menandatangani Perjanjian Jual Beli Bersyarat dengan PT Gapura Usahatama GUT, pihak terafiliasi, dan Seven-Up Nederland B.V. SUN, pihak terafiliasi dengan PepsiCo Inc. PepsiCo, sehubungan dengan akuisisi seluruh saham PT Pepsi-Cola Indobeverages Transaksi Akuisisi. On June 27, 2013, IASB and AIBM collectively as the “Buyers” signed the Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement with PT Gapura Usahatama GUT, affiliated company, and Seven-up Nederland B.V.
