Aset tak berwujud dengan umur terbatas Intangible assets with finite useful life
Aset tak berwujud dengan umur terbatas, yang timbul sehubungan dengan transaksi akuisisi
Drayton terdiri dari merek-merek dagang atas produk yang diproduksi oleh IDLK diamortisasi
selama 20 tahun sejak tahun 2008. Merek-merek tersebut di antaranya adalah Indomilk, Cap Enaak,
Tiga Sapi, Crima, Kremer dan Indoeskrim. The intangible assets with finite useful life, which
arose in connection with the acquisition of Drayton, consists of the brand names of the products
produced by IDLK, is being amortized for the 20 years period since 2008. The brand names include,
among others, Indomilk, Cap Enaak, Tiga Sapi, Crima, Kremer and Indoeskrim.

Aset tak berwujud dengan umur tidak terbatas, yang terutama terdiri dari merek dagang terdaftar
CLUB AMDK yang dijual oleh TMP dan jaringan distribusi dan pelanggan yang timbul sehubungan
dengan transaksi akuisisi aset dari perusahaan- perusahaan yang menjadi bagian dari Kelompok
Usaha Tirta Bahagia serta, merek dagang Milkuat yang diakuisisi oleh IDLK sebagaimana dijelaskan
pada Catatan 1. The intangible assets with indefinite life, mainly
consist of the registered brand name CLUB of the PDW sold by TMP and the distribution and
customer network in connection with the related acquisition of assets of companies that were part of
Tirta Bahagia Group, and of the registered brand name of Milkuat acquired by IDLK, as described in
Note 1.
