Jenis kepemilikan hak atas tanah Kelompok Usaha seluruhnya berupa Hak Guna Bangunan HGB.
Hak atas tanah tersebut akan berakhir pada berbagai tanggal sampai tahun 2069. Manajemen
berpendapat bahwa hak atas tanah tersebut dapat diperbaharuidiperpanjang pada saat jatuh tempo.
The Group’s titles of ownership on its land rights are all in the form of HGB. These land rights have
remaining terms expiring at various dates upto 2069. Management is of the opinion that the terms
of these land rights can be renewedextended upon their expiration.
Aset yang tidak digunakan dalam operasi dengan nilai tercatat sebesar Rp26.797 pada
tanggal 31 Maret 2015 31 Desember 2014: Rp26.797 disajikan sebagai bagian dari akun “Aset
Tidak Lancar Lainnya” pada laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian.
Assets not used in operations with carrying amount of Rp26,797 as of March 31, 2015 December 31,
2014: Rp26,797 are presented as part of “Other Non-current Assets” account in the consolidated
statements of financial position.
Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2015, aset tetap dilindungi dengan asuransi terhadap risiko kebakaran dan
risiko lainnya berdasarkan paket polis dengan jumlah pertanggungan sebesar Rp12.873.636
31 Desember 2014: Rp12.429.248, yang menurut pendapat manajemen cukup untuk menutup
kemungkinan
kerugian dari
risiko yang
dipertanggungkan. As of March 31, 2015, the fixed assets are covered
by insurance against losses from fire and other risks under a policy package with insurance
coverage totaling Rp12,873,636 December 31, 2014: Rp12,429,248 which, in management’s
opinion, is adequate to cover possible losses that may arise from the said insured risks.
Manajemen berpendapat bahwa nilai tercatat semua aset tetap dapat terealisasi seluruhnya dan
oleh karena itu, tidak diperlukan adanya penyisihan atas kerugian penurunan nilai aset tetap.
Management is of the opinion that the carrying value of all fixed assets are fully recoverable, and,
hence, no write down for impairment in fixed assets value is necessary.
Tidak ada aset tetap yang dijaminkan pada tanggal-tanggal pelaporan.
There are no fixed assets used as collateral as at the reporting dates.

Indokuat dari DDII dan DPAL serta membeli merek dagang dari CGD.
As described in Note 1, IDLK and SAJ acquired 100 shares of Indokuat from DDII and DPAL as
well as purchase the brand name from CGD.

pada penilaian sementara terhadap nilai wajarnya, Kelompok Usaha sedang menunggu hasil penilaian
independen terhadap aset tetap dan aset lainnya yang
dimiliki oleh
Indokuat dan
masih mengevaluasi jumlah yang dapat terpulihkan atas
aset tersebut serta menentukan adanya liabilitas kontinjensi. Sampai dengan tanggal laporan
keuangan konsolidasian, penilaian dan pengujian tersebut belum selesai.
The net assets recognized in the consolidated financial statements as of March 31, 2015 were
based on a provisional assessment of their fair value. The Group seeks for an independent
valuation for the fixed assets and other assets owned by Indokuat, and the recoverable amounts
of the assets and is still determining if there are contingent liabilities. The valuation and assessment
have not been completed as of the date of the consolidated financial statements.
Apabila informasi baru yang diperoleh dalam waktu satu tahun setelah tanggal akuisisi, merupakan
fakta-fakta dan keadaan pada tanggal akuisisi yang mengidentifikasi diperlukannya penyesuaian atas
jumlah tersebut di atas, atau provisi yang ada pada tanggal akuisisi, maka pencatatan akuisisi tersebut
akan direvisi. If new information is obtained within one year of the
acquisition date about facts and circumstances that existed at the acquisition date which identifies
adjustments to the above amounts, or any provisions that existed at the acquisition date, then
the accounting for the acquisition will be revised.
Kelompok usaha memperoleh pengendalian dalam Indokuat melalui akuisisi saham.
Kelompok usaha telah memenuhi peraturan OJK terkait sehubungan dengan akuisisi Indokuat.
The Group obtained control of Indokuat through the acquisition of share of stock.
The Group has complied with the relevant OJK rules pertaining to the acquisition of Indokuat.
