Sending forms
You can send forms im mediately or as a batch.
Sending form s imm ediat ely
You can print, email or fax form s as you enter individual transactions in the
Sales or
Purchases window.
Sending form s in a bat ch
You can print and email sales and purchase transactions as a batch and send these to your custom ers and suppliers.
To do this, you must select either To be Emailed
, To be Printed
or To be
Printed and Emailed from the
Invoice Delivery Status list in the
Sales
and Purchases
windows.

After you have completed a num ber of transactions, say, the days invoices, you can print or email a transaction batch. See:

If you selected the To be Printed and Emailed
delivery status, you need to com plete both procedures.
To print form s
1 Choose the form you want to print by going to the relevant com mand
centre and clicking the function you want. For example, if you w ant to print a sales invoice, go to the
Sales comm and centre and click
Print Email Invoices
. The
Review Sales Before Delivery
window appears. M ake sure the
To Be Printed
tab is selected.
2 Select the layout you want to print from the
[...] Type list, for exam ple,
Items .
3 M ark the select column
next to a transaction you w ant to be printed. If you want to print all the form s, click the checkbox in the heading of the
select colum n.
4 If you w ant to view more information about a particular transaction, click
the zoom arrow .
5 Enter the number of copies you want to print in the
Print [...] Copies ...
field. If you also want to print packing slips or m ailing labels, enter the number of copies in the
Packing Slips and Labels
fields.
6 If you want to change the type of information you are going to print or the
type of stationery it will be printed on, click Advanced Filters

7 Click
Print
.
To em ail form s
1 Choose the form you want to email by going to the relevant com mand
centre and clicking the function you want. For exam ple, if you w ant to email a sales invoice, go to the
Sales
comm and centre and click
Print Email Invoices
. The
Review [...] Before Delivery
window appears.
2 Click the
To Be Emailed
tab.
3 Select the layout you want to print in the
Sales Type field, for example,
Item .
4 M ark the select column
next to a transaction you want to be emailed. M ark the select column again to include it.
