Dijelaskan dalam ayat diatas bahwa setiap yang dikerjakan baik dalam dunia maupun akhirat akan mendapatkan ganjaran maupun
balasan dari Allah SWT. Reward dilakukan sebagai bentuk usaha
untuk memberikan sebuah motivasi dalam melakukan sesuatu pekerjaan sehingga dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan seorang
karyawan merasa adanya tantangan untuk melakukan respon positif dalam pekerjaan tersebut.
4. Punishment
a. Pengertian Punishment
Punishment adalah sanksi yang diterima oleh seorang karyawan kerena ketidak mampuannya dalam mengerjakan atau melaksanakan
pekerjaan sesuai dengan yang diperintahkan. Setiap pekerjaan yang dibebankan pada seoarang karyawan adalah sesuai dengan ketentuan
yang ditegaskan diawal sekali ketika karyawan tersebut bekerja diperusahaan tersebut, terutama pada saat karyawan tersebut
menandatangani perjanjian kesanggupan ia untuk bersedia bekerja sesuai dengan perintah dari SK surat keputusan yang digariskan
tersebut.
