ANALISIS SISTEM IMMUNITAS TUBUH PADA JARINGAN
HEMOPOETIK PASIEN PENDERITA KANKER SERVIKS
TERHADAP DOSIS PENYINARAN RADIOTERAPI
ABSTRAK
Penyinaran pada radioterapi dengan LINAC pada kasus kanker serviks akan mengenai
sumsum tulang yang sensitif terhadap radiasi, dimana pada jaringan hemopetik salah satu
yang berfungsi sebagai sistem immunitas tubuh adalah sel darah putih yaitu leukosit,
dimana leukosit terdiri dari sel eosinofil, basofil, neutrofil, limfosit dan monosit. Metode
penelitian dilakukan dengan menyusun data rekam medik jaringan hemopoetik pasien
radioterapi pada kasus kanker serviks dengan metode membandingkan hasil penelitian
dengan nilai normal yang telah ditetapkan oleh teori Maxwell M. Wintrobe, 1947. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan sel leukosit turun 0,79%-12,26%, sel eosinofil turun 0,4%-3,8%,
sel basofil turun 0,2%-2,1%. Pada sel neutrofil terjadi variasi efek yaitu sel neutrofil naik
sebesar 3,9%-17,9% dan sel neutrofil turun sebesar 8,3%. Pada sel limfosit juga
memperlihatkan variasi efek yaitu jumlah sel limfosit turun
3,9%-15,1% dan
jumlah sel naik sebesar 2,9%. Pada sel monosit jumlah sel memperlihatkan naik sebesar
0,7%-6,3%.

Irradiation in radiotherapy with LINAC in cancer case serviks will hit sensitive bone
marrow towards radiation, where in network hemopetik one other functioned as system
immunitas body phabocyte that is leucocyte, where does leucocyte consist of cell
eosinofil, basofil, neutrofil, limfosit and monosit. Watchfulness method has been done
with composed data rekam medik network hemopoetik radiotherapy patient in cancer
case serviks with method has compared watchfulness result with normal value that
appointed by theory Maxwell M. Wintrobe, 1947. Watchfulness result shows leucocyte
cell goes 0,79%-12,26%, cell eosinofil go down 0,4%-3,8%, cell basofil go down
0,2%-2,1%. In cell neutrofil happen effect variation that is cell neutrofil rise as big as
3,9%-17,9% and cell neutrofil go down as big as 8,3%. In cell limfosit also show effect
