Abstract
Medical record id reflected service quality to patient that gave by hospital, so constituting
one of judgment in accreditation. At the Paru Jember hospital exists to medical record file
insurance patient and medical record non insurance patient. The purpose this research is subject to
know difference of completeness to inlay medical record file insurance patient with medical record
non insurance patient at Paru Jember Hospital. Research is done on month of October 2011.
Samples are used consisting of 48 medical record file insurance patient and 48 medical record file
non insurance patient. Samples taking tech by cluster sampling. Instrument of observation is used
check list. This rearch is used analytic survey with cross sectional and analyze quantitative with
Mann-Whitney’s quiz to hypothesis testing. The result of observation to point out Z computing as
big as 1,349 therefore it is will compare to z table that as big as 1.96, so Z computing < Z table,
therefore ho accepted and ha refuse d. Conclusion of this research there is no different inlay
completeness medical record file insurance patient with medical record file non insurance patient
at Paru Jember Hospital. This is because ti fill medical record file insurance patient and non
insurance not equipment.
