Abstract
Ba ckg rou nd : Propolis cont ains flavonoids. One of t hem is quer set in. Solvent used
is propolis ext ract ion influence quercet in level of t he ext ract . This research aim s t o
det erm ine w het her t here is a difference of Quercet in Level in Et hanol Ext ract
Propolis and Wat er Ext ract Pr opolis.
M e t ho ds: This resear ch is an experim ent al research. Subj ect of t his r esearch is
propolis from Gej en RT 3 RW 2 , Ker j o, Karanganyar. The sam ples were car ried out
by purposive sam pling. Concent rat ion of quercet in is det er m ined by using UV- Vis
spect rophot om et er by Prussian- blue m et hode. Five sam ples are m ade for each
ext ract . The dat a t hen analized using unpaired t - t est by SPSS 17 for windows.
