Sesuai dengan perjanjian dengan BRI, Mutiara Bunda Jaya MBJ diminta untuk bertindak
sebagai penjamin hutang plasma di bawah program PIR Trans sampai seluruh hutang
plasma dialihkan kepada petani plasma, sementara itu TH diminta untuk menjadi
penjamin hutang plasma. Under the loan agreement with BRI, Mutiara
Bunda Jaya MBJ is required to act as guarantor for the Plasma loans under PIR
Trans Program until the respective loan amounts are assigned to the related Plasma
participants, while TH is required to act as guarantor for the Plasma loan.
Setelah pengalihan kebun Plasma kepada petani Plasma dilakukan, maka jaminan
hutang petani Plasma sehubungan dengan perjanjian hutang MBJ dan TH dengan BRI
adalah
berupa sertifikat
tanah yang
bersangkutan. Pembayaran pinjaman Plasma tersebut dilakukan dengan cara memotong
hasil yang diterima petani atas penjualan TBS yang diproduksi dari lahan petani Plasma
kepada MBJ dan TH. MBJ dan TH akan membeli semua TBS hasil produksi Plasma
sampai seluruh hutang Plasma terbayar. After all the Plasma areas are converted and
turned over to smallholders, the collateral for the Plasma loan under the MBJ’s and TH’s
loan agreements with BRI shall be the related landright
certificates of
the Plasma
participants. Repayments are to be made out of a portion of the proceeds from the sale of
FFB produced from the farmers’ Plasma areas
to MBJ and TH.. MBJ and TH are required to purchase all Plasma FFB production until all of
the Plasma loans have been settled.
Pada tahun 2007, MBJ dan TH memberikan jaminan
deposito senilai
Rp16.247.500 kepada BRI untuk menjamin hutang petani
Plasma kepada BRI. Pada tanggal 30 September 2008, sisa hutang
326 petani Plasma mewakili 652 hektar adalah sebesar Rp4.431.839 untuk MBJ dan
349 petani Plasma mewakili 698 hektar adalah sebesar Rp9.116.521 untuk TH.
In 2007, MBJ and TH placed deposit to BRI amounting to Rp16,247,500 to guarantee the
outstanding loans of their Plasma participants to BRI.
As of September 30, 2008, total amount of Plasma loan that must be settled by 326
Plasma farmers representing 652 hectares for MBJ amounting to Rp4,431,839 and 349
Plasma farmers representing 698 hectares for TH amounting to Rp9,116,521.
b. Perusahaan dan Sungai Rangit mengadakan perjanjian sewa dengan PT Buana Sakti, pihak
hubungan istimewa, untuk menyewa ruang kantor yang berlokasi di gedung Sampoerna
Strategic Square Lantai 24 Catatan 25c. Masa sewa tersebut akan dimulai pada
tanggal 1 Agustus 2007 dan akan berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2009. Jumlah
komitmen pembayaran sewa adalah sebagai berikut:

related party, to rent office located at Sampoerna Strategic Square 24
