ABSTRACT

This paperentitled "Food and Bev erugeServiceat KendalisodoRestaurant
of Patra Jasa Hotel Semarang" is the result of field study conducted for three
months (8 February 2006 - 30 April 2006) atPatra Jasa Hotel Semarang.This
study is aimed at describingthe Food and BeverageServicethat Patra JasaHotel
takesin service.
The data of this study were collected by using observation,interview, and
library researchmethods.The observationmethod was aimed at understandingthe
activities of the food and beverageservice. The interview rnethod was condJcted
to get information about food and beverage personnel to attract more guests to
come to the hotel. The library researchmethod was used to get some information
by reading somebooks related to the problem of this paper.
From the study, it can be concluded thag Food and Beverages Service at
Kendalisodo Restaurantof PatraJasaHotel Semarangincludes :
