permasalahan yang akan saya kaji mengenai bauran pemasaran. Masalah yang ingin
saya ketahui saya beri judul Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Jumlah Pasien
Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Untuk itu saya memerlukan
beberapa data yang berhubungan dengan penelitian di atas.
Kuesioner ini semata-mata untuk tujuan ilmiah, sama sekali tidak akan
mempengaruhi status bapak/ibu dan terjamin kerahasiaannya. Tidak ada jawaban
yang benar atau salah. Jawaban yang tepat adalah yang sesuai dengan penilaian atau
pendapat bapak/ibu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, saya mohon atas bantuan dan kesediaan

saya ketahui saya beri judul Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Jumlah Pasien
Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Untuk itu saya memerlukan
beberapa data yang berhubungan dengan penelitian di atas.
Kuesioner ini semata-mata untuk tujuan ilmiah, sama sekali tidak akan
mempengaruhi status bapak/ibu dan terjamin kerahasiaannya. Tidak ada jawaban
yang benar atau salah. Jawaban yang tepat adalah yang sesuai dengan penilaian atau
pendapat bapak/ibu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, saya mohon atas bantuan dan kesediaan
