The first thing you notice about Najip is that you actually will notice him, whether he’s striding
across the street, sitting an a café sipping juice, or a storming up a scene in the discos. He’s hard

Conjunction/concessive relationship
Conjunction adalah kata hubung antar klausa. Misalnya untuk manjelaskan alasan/reason
menggunakan because, as, atau since (KARENA), although, even though (MESKIPUN)

Learn the complex sentence showing concessive relationship.
Example:
Although the agenda had been carefully discussed, there were complaints
