Dosis pemberian seduhan teh pada mencit yaitu 130 mg/kgbb, di dapat dari 1
gram simplisia dengan konversi 0,0026 pada mencit, maka di dapat dosis 130
mg/kgbb
1 gram simplisia = 1000 mg simplisia
1000 mg x 0,0026 = 2,6 mg
Dengan berat badan mencit 20 gram
