Untuk memenuhi persyaratan kinerja batas layan struktur, dalam segala hal simpangan antar tingkat yang dihitung dari simpangan struktur gedung tidak boleh
melampaui 0,03R x tinggi tingkat yang bersangkutan atau 30 mm, tergantung yang mana yang nilainya kecil,
