Based on the data collected from the vocabulary test and reading test showed the mean scores of vocabulary test were 73.25. While the mean scores of reading test was 73.63.
From the explanation about the analysis of the result on the table 3 above, we can see that the correlation of students’ achievement variable X and reading ability variable Y is
significant. It can be seen on the table above that almost all the students who get high score in vocabulary test also get high score in reading test. This is also showed by the point of the
