Letter of Statement, Item Penilaian Super The Super Evaluation Items, Environmental Document, Environmental Management, Regulation, List of Parameters, Monitoring Site,
Water Quality Standard of River and Industry Effluent, Measurement of River Water and Industry Effluent, Certificate, Location Permit, Stakeholders Information and
Environmental Cases. The main menu shows a very big database and a lot of information need to be
inputted. This condition depends on the availability of collected data. Therefore, the main menu of “File” can be mentioned as Input Component and on the other hand menu
such as “Tampilan” can be mentioned as Output Component and Menu of “Perhitungan” can be mentioned as Analysis Component. These components contain spatial and non
spatial analysis.
4.8.3 The Database Systems
4.8.3.1 The Industrial Profile
The industrial database is most essential for DSS, because it contains a lot of
information attributes. Figure 27 shows about the industrial database which some
general information, especially Industrial Profile. The primary key of the entity is Industry_Id, and the secondary key is Industry_Name. According to the keys, a certain
industry can be found quickly. The form of industry was completed by some utilities, e.g: 1

Export to Excell, means the informations can be read and exported to the Excell format .xls

According to List of Industries above, only the main information is shown such as Industry Name, Address, Post Code, Telephone and Fax. By double clicking each record,
we can get the detailed information about the industry profile Figure 28. The industrial
profile consists of some key inputs which should be filled up so that the new input can be
stored. Some key inputs are kinds of data linked to another entities using F11, such as Group, ISIC, IPAL, Prokasih, Superkasih, Sungai, Lokasi, Sertifikasi
. Without filling up this data first, the new inputted industry cannot be stored to the system any error
message. The form also linked to the water resources and superkasih evaluation entities to know the status of water using and compliance of the industry directly without closing
the forms.

4.8.3.2 License and Certificate Information’s
Sometimes the License Information is needed to show the legal aspect. It is very important to know the status of legality of industrial operations illegal, legal, or may be
already out of date. For instance Figure 29 shows information of permitted location
SITU for each industry within consisting of some information such as location_id, number of decree, year, and agency.

Figure 30 also presents the information of industrial license SIUP for each
industry. The information consist of license_id, number of decree, type of license, agency, date, and descriptions.

The possession of the certificates are needed for improving the industrial
performance, especially from international certified agency. Figure 31 shows some
industries which have the international certificate. For instance Certificate No. Cer-003 is belongs to PT. Long Sun Indonesia within the type of certificate ISO-14001 from Prada-
Sweden No. ISO-526-534-03 dated 542001.
