Information’s on rivers consist of the river-name, river-class, sub basin and basin
which are related to each other. Figure 42 shows the information of rivers located in
Upper Citarum River Basin.

4.8.3.12 Monitoring Site
Monitoring sites are located at the river as point of reference in measurement or taking of water sampling. The position of the monitoring site should be exact, therefore
geographical positions Latitude, Longitude and also Altitude are needed as presented in
Figure 43 .

Figure 43 shows that each monitoring site has a special code referring to the
methodology, and also a detailed information of location, for instance: CTR-8.1.1 located in Cikapundung-Dayeuhkolot, Dayeuhkolot Village, Dayeuhkolot Sub District, Bandung

Stakeholders’ information is needed to develop the networking in case of response-reaction for special cases as contact person or personal in charge.
Stakeholders consist of several components of the community, e.g. government, publics
or private, NGO, industry, etc Figure 45.

occurred. Collaboration, coordination and networking can be improved intensively based on stakeholder information’s.
4.8.3.14 The Cases of Environmental Problems
The cases of environmental problems can be recorded by the systems. The form consists of some information’s such as date of case, title, industry name and descriptions.
The other information’s are the date of solving, coordinator name, treatmentsolving, recommendation, and information of stakeholders.
