4.8 System Implementation

4.8.1 Conventional Security

At the first time, before using the IWMS application system, user name and password should be filled up Figure 23, then the main menu of the system will appear Figure 24. Figure 23. After the admin give’s access to the systems, then the users can add the new data of username and password, and editing can be done by using the utilities as follows Figure 25: Figure 25. 4.8.2 The Main Menu Sub Menu

Main menu and sub menu designs are the essential matters for the users, make it a users friendly. It also represents the performance of the systems, respectively. Therefore, for the special purposes most of the terminology use Indonesian stylelanguage. Figure 26 . shows all of the main menu and sub menu of the system. Figure 26 . View of the Main Menu and Sub Menu According to Figure 26, there are three main menu in the system, e.g File, Tampilan View Report and Perhitungan Analysis Calculation. Each main menu 74 contains several sub menus. For example Menu File which have a lot of sub menus such as: Daftar Pengguna User List; ExportImpor Data; Administration Data Province, RegionDistrict, Sub District and Village; Industries Information: Profile, License, Product Market, Type, Groups, Water Resources; River; and Population. The other information related to IPAL Wastewater Treatment, Proper Rating Program, Super Letter of Statement, Item Penilaian Super The Super Evaluation Items, Environmental Document, Environmental Management, Regulation, List of Parameters, Monitoring Site, Water Quality Standard of River and Industry Effluent, Measurement of River Water and Industry Effluent, Certificate, Location Permit, Stakeholders Information and Environmental Cases. The main menu shows a very big database and a lot of information need to be inputted. This condition depends on the availability of collected data. Therefore, the main menu of “File” can be mentioned as Input Component and on the other hand menu such as “Tampilan” can be mentioned as Output Component and Menu of “Perhitungan” can be mentioned as Analysis Component. These components contain spatial and non spatial analysis.
