  In table 4.2.1.1 shows that out of 37.5 are between 40-49 years old, 10 of them or 31.3 are between 20-29 years old, 8 of them or 25 are between 30-39 years old and 2 of them or 6.3 are between 50 years old and above. It indicates that the majority of the respondents are among 40-49 years old.

  In the table 4.2.1.4, it shows that 16 out of 32 respondents or 50 were respondents that have been in service 11 years and more, 12 of them or 37.5 were have been in the service for 3-5 years, 3 of them or 9.4 were have been in ther service for 6-8 years and only 1 of them or

  3.1 were in the service for 9-11 years. It indicated that most of the respondents were those who worked more than 11 years.

  Following the table 4.2.1.5, 62.5 or 20 out of 32 of the respondents were from the grade of UE or the executives and 12 of them or 37.5 were from the grade of UN which is non-executives. This indicates that most of the respondents were in the grade of UE or executives level.

  According to the figure 4.2.1.6, it shows that 12 out of 32 respondents or 37.5 are earned between RM 3000-3999, while 8 of 32 respondents or 25 are earned between RM 2000-2999 and RM 4000 and more respectively, 3 out of 32 respondents or 9.4 earned RM 1000-1999 and 1 respondent out of 32 or 3.1 earned less than RM 1000. This indicated that most of the respondents earned between RM 3000-3999 a month.

  As we can derived from the table 4.2.1.7, 12 respondents out of 32 or 37.5 are from Human Resource Admin department, 8 respondents out of 32 or 25 are from Logistics department,

  5 out of 32 respondents or 15.6 are from Sales department, 4out of 32 respondents or 12.5 are from Finance department and 3 out of 32 respondents or 9.4 are from Manufacturing. This indicated that most of the respondents were from Human Resource and Admin department.
