5.2.4. Perhitungan Overall Equipment Effetiveness OEE
Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE merupakan ukuran menyeluruh yang mengidentifikasikan tingkat produktivitas mesinperalatan yaitu perkalian
nilai availability, performance, dan rate of quality product. OEE = Availability x Performance x Rate of Quality
Untuk mesin Bottle Washer bulan Januari 2012 : OEE = 0,9917 × 0,8764 × 0,9271 x 100 = 80,57
Dengan perhitungan yang sama, maka nilai OEE mesin Bottle Washer untuk bulan Januari 2012 – Desember 2012 dapat dilihat pada tabel 5.6.
