The mean, which has range between 2.4 to 3.0 is included in classification A. It means, classification A consists of the data which are acceptable. The definition of acceptable here is that if the result of second- person address forms translation sounds natural and has fulfilled the Indonesian cultural value. Whether the second-person address form is natural or not can be known by looking at the context of situation, addresser, and addressee. Here are the data which belong to this classification. Example : SL

: Company downstairs. That means you too.

TL

: Semua turun. Kau juga

(The Pacifier/164) The example above is found in one part of the movie in which Lt. Wolfe orders all of children to gather downstairs after he gets mad because of

Zoe’s friend attitude in that house. The translation above is included in the acceptable category because it

gets score 3 from each rater. Here, the researcher agrees with the assessment of all the raters. In general, the term company is translated into pasukan or prajurit which is commonly used in military community. However, based on the context of situation and the participants, the term semua is acceptable for the address form company to make it more natural in the TL.

The data belonged to this classification are those which are less acceptable. This classification includes the data which are scored 1.67 to 2.33. The definition of less acceptable here is that if the translation of address form in the sentences is less natural or has less fulfilled the culture and norm values of the TL, since the choice of word is less correct or even incorrect. It can be known by looking at the context of situation and the relationship between addresser and addressee. The data below are the example. Example : SL

: You have a pleasant family.

TL

: Keluargamu menyenangkan

(The Pacifier/ 30) The example above is found in one part of the movie in which Lt. Wolfe praises Mrs. Plummer family when he comes to her house and introduced to them. As it can be seen, you which refers to Mrs. Plummer is translated into –mu.

For the datum above, all raters gave score 2. It means that the translation of the second-person address forms is less acceptable. Here, Mrs. Plummer is the widow of the Professor Plummer and Lt. Wolfe assigned to protect her and her family, it means that Mrs. Plummer has higher position than him and they are still in the formal situation. Rater 1 and 2 suggested changing it into Anda and the translation will be Keluarga Anda menyenangkan . Meanwhile, rater 3 gave another opinion to translate it with

Here, the researcher suggests to change it into Nyonya to show the formality, respect, and politeness to the addressee, and the translation will be Nyonya mempunyai keluarga yang menyenangkan.

3. Classification C

This classification covers all the data which are unacceptable. The data which belong to this classification are those data with score 1.00 to 1.67. The reason why the data are included to this classification is that the translation of second-person address forms does not sound natural for the target reader or has not fulfilled the Indonesian cultural value. It can be known by seeing the context of situation, addresser, and addressee. Below is the example of data that belong to this classification. Example : SL

: When are you getting home?

TL

: Kapan kau akan pulang?

(The Pacifier/ 151) The example above is found in one part of the movie in which Zoe received a call from her mom. As it can be seen, you which refers to Mrs. Plummer is translated into kau.

For the datum above, all raters gave score 1. It means that the translation of the second-person address forms is unacceptable. All raters agreed if the term you should be translated into Ibu since it is uncommon in
