The par t icular cat egor ies of migr ant w or ker s and member s of t heir families specified in t he pr esent par t of t he Convent ion w ho ar e document ed or in a r egular sit uat ion shall enjoy t he r ight s set for t h in par t III and, except as modified below , the r ight s set for t h in par t

Ar ticle 58
1. Fr ont ier w or ker s, as defined in ar t icle 2, par agr aph 2 (a), of t he pr esent Convent ion, shall be ent it led t o t he r ight s pr ovided for in par t IV t hat can be applied t o t hem by r eason of t heir pr esence and w or k in t he t er r it or y of t he St at e of employment , t aking int o account t hat t hey do not have t heir habit ual r esidence in t hat St at e.
2. St at es of employment shall consider favour ably gr ant ing fr ont ier w or ker s t he r ight fr eely t o choose t heir r emuner at ed act ivit y aft er a specified per iod of t ime. The gr ant ing of t hat r ight shall not affect t heir st at us as fr ontier w or ker s.
Ar ticle 59
1. Seasonal w or ker s, as defined in ar t icle 2, par agr aph 2 (b), of t he pr esent Convent ion, shall be ent it led t o t he r ight s pr ovided for in par t IV t hat can be applied t o t hem by r eason of t heir pr esence and w or k in t he t er r it or y of t he St at e of employment and t hat ar e compat ible w it h t heir st at us in t hat St at e as seasonal w or ker s,
2. The St at e of employment shall, subject t o par agr aph 1 of t he pr esent ar ticle, consider gr ant ing seasonal w or ker s w ho have been employed in it s t er r it or y for a significant per iod of t ime t he possibilit y of t aking up ot her r emuner at ed act ivit ies and giving t hem pr ior it y over ot her w or ker s w ho seek admission t o t hat St at e, subject t o applicable bi lat er al and mult ilat er al agr eement s.

It iner ant w or ker s, as defined in ar t icle 2, par agr aph 2 (e), of t he pr esent Convent ion, shall be ent it led t o t he r ight s pr ovided for in par t IV t hat can be gr ant ed t o t hem by r eason of t hei r pr esence and w or k in t he t er r it or y of t he St at e of employment and t hat ar e compat ible w it h t heir st at us as it iner ant w or ker s in t hat St at e.
Ar ticle 61
1. Pr oject -t ied w or ker s, as defined in ar t icle 2, par agr aph 2 (f), of t he pr esent Convent ion, and member s of t heir families shall be ent it led t o t he r ight s pr ovided for in par t IV except t he pr ovisions of ar t icle 43, par agr aphs I (b) and (c), ar ticle 43, par agr aph I (d), as it per t ains t o social housing schemes, ar t icle 45, par agr aph 1 (b), and ar t icles 52 t o 55.
2. If a pr oject -t ied w or ker claims t hat t he t er ms of his or her w or k cont r act have been violat ed by his or her employer , he or she shall have t he r ight t o addr ess his or her case t o t he compet ent aut hor it ies of t he St at e w hich has jur isdiction over t hat employer , on t er ms pr ovided for in ar t icle 18, par agr aph 1, of t he pr esent Convent ion.
3. Subject t o bilat er al or mult ilat er al agr eement s in for ce for t hem, t he St at es Par t ies concer ned shall endeavour t o enable pr oject-t ied w or ker s t o r emain adequat ely pr ot ect ed by t he social secur it y syst ems of t heir St at es of or igin or habit ual r esidence dur ing t heir engagement in t he pr oject . Wit hout pr ejudice t o t he pr ovisions of ar ticle 47 of t he pr esent Convent ion and t o r elevant bilat er al or mult ilat er al agr eement s, St at es Par t ies concer ned shall per mit payment of t he ear nings of pr oject -t ied w or ker s in t heir St at e of or igin or habit ual r esidence.
Ar ticle 62
1. Specified-employment w or ker s as defined in ar t icle 2, par agr aph 2 (g), of t he pr esent Convent ion, shall be ent it led t o t he r ight s pr ovided for in par t IV, except t he pr ovisions of ar t icle 43, par agr aphs I (b) and (c), ar t icle 43, par agr aph I (d), as it per t ains t o social housing schemes, ar t icle 52, and ar t icle 54, par agr aph 1 (d).
2. Member s of t he fami lies of specified-employment w or ker s shall
be ent it led t o t he r ight s r elat ing t o family member s of migr ant w or ker s pr ovided for in par t IV of t he pr esent Convent ion, except t he pr ovisions of ar t icle 53.
Ar ticle 63
1. Self-employed w or ker s, as defined in art icle 2, par agr aph 2 (h), of t he pr esent Convent ion , shall be ent it led t o t he r ight s pr ovided for in par t IV w it h t he except ion of t hose r ight s w hich ar e exclusively applicable t o w or ker s having a cont r act of employment .

Wit hout pr ejudice t o ar t icles 52 and 79 of t he pr esent Convent ion, t he t er mination of t he economic act ivit y of t he self- employed w or ker s shall not in it self imply t he w ithdr aw al of t he aut hor izat ion for t hem or for t he member s of t heir families t o st ay or t o engage in a r emuner at ed act ivit y in t he St at e of employment except w her e t he aut hor izat ion of r esidence is expr essly dependent upon t he specific r emuner at ed act ivit y for w hich t hey w er e admit t ed.
