Job Description Of Lorin’s Public Relations Officer DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Specific Duties a. Coordinate the day to day operation of the public relations sections. b. Provide support to Director of Sales on public relations issue. c. Develop, implement, and evaluate public relations strategies. d. Create sophisticated public relations material in the local, nation, and international area. e. Develop and update public relation promotion materials. f. Coordinate media activities. g. Obtain maximum revenue generation from public relations activities, h. Maintain the image of hotel. i. Ensure all public relations activities are authorized with the department. j. Fil media release for future reference k. Welcome and handle VIP guest as per VIP treatment standart Human Resource Managenent a. Monitor Guest client services and operational requirements in order to indentify short falls in service as a result af staff levels. b. Identify key personel for futher development and provide structured career pathing. Safety, Cleaning and Maintenance a. Financial Management a. Prepare monthly outlook forcase for related expenses and return to controller Direcrtor of Finance as scheduled. b. Monitor account activities and make adjustment when necessary. c. Negotiate contract only with appropriate suppliers as per corporate management policy and procedures. Strategic Planning a. Participate in the preparation of the strategic Business Plan. b. Participate in the preparation and planning of the annual operating plan, departmental objective and other cost related to the annual budget. Quality Management Initiatives a. Seek opportunities and continually improve client service. b. Ensure all staff meke commitment to the quality system. c. Monitor all product ang performance standart and ensure action in taken when standart are not being met. Administrative Duties a. Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports as required. b. Analyze report and make recommendations. c. Ensure files, correspondence, and other relevans business documentation are maintained. d. Utilize computer applications to perform the task required. e.
