b. Perseverance

Resnick 2014 emphasizes that entrepreneurs need to be able to deal with obstacles. Looking at the obstacles aspect, the ELESP students who had joined SPD class had faced many obstacles during the class. One good example has been given in the previous at ‘the passion’ part. The person E told that her group members and she had to follow-up the clients on and on. c. Resourcefulness

The ELEPS students, who had joined SPD, experienced many things across the period. Many things they had gotten in SPD. However, the most important thing is they need to recognize their abilities and then improve them. Resnick 2014 also states that a vital ability for an entrepreneur is to know how to make the most of what heshe has.
