Resume kegiatan analisis laboratorium dan data Dari hasil pengukuran X-Ray Diffraction XRD ditunjukkan bahwa lapisan tipis yang dideposisi pada suhu 800 C memiliki orientasi pada arah sumbu- c 00l dengan ukuran nanokristal. Ukuran butiran adalah 11.41 nm yang dideposisi pada 2 Hz, 800 C, 30 menit dan 15.38 nm yang dideposisi pada 5 Hz, 800 C, 15 menit. Dari hasil pengukuran Atomic Force Microscopy AFM ditunjukkan bahwa partikel pada permukaan lapisan tipis terdistribusi secara homogen. Sedangkan dari pengukuran Vibrating Sample Magnetometre VSM ditunjukkan bahwa semua lapisan tipis mengalami saturasi sebagaimana bahan ferrimagnetik. b.
