2. Calculation of Scores

The scale of measurement variables is the Likert scale because of the variables studied are attitudes, opinions and perceptions. Likert scale is a 31 scale that describes the indicator variables. Item subject is made from very positive to very negative. In this research, the score is modified into four alternative answers. It aimes to avoid respondents misleading, so the data will be more valid. The table below is the table for score in the four alternative answers, were follows: Table 7.
