stereographic projection. Menurut Rauscher, fotografi Panorama adalah:
Panorama is a group of pictures of particular place displayed in consecutive order, that depict all details of a subject in a exact perspective.

exist alternative names like virtual tour and virtual reality panoramas Rauscher et al. 2007. It is possible to distinguish two main types of
panorama; they are partial panoramas and immersive panoramas. In most cases, partial panoramas are captured with ordinary cameras.
Subsequently, two or more images are assembled together to create a single image with wider field of view. The difference between partial and
immersive panoramas is that partial panoramas cover only a fraction of view sphere, less than 360 degrees in longitude and less than 180 degrees

Pendapat Rauscher diatas dapat disimpulkan, fotografi panorama adalah
kumpulan gambar dari suatu tempat yang ditampilkan dalam urutan yang berturut-
turut, yang menggambarkan semua rincian dari subjek dalam perspektif yang tepat. Menurut jenisnya fotografi panorama dapat dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu: partial
panoramas dan immersive panoramas. Partial panoramas adalah foto panorama yang hanya mencakup sebagian
kecil dari pandangan bola, kurang dari 360 derajat garis bujur dan kurang dari 180 derajat garis lintang.
Immersive panoramas adalah foto panorama yang mencakup 360 derajat garis bujur dan 180 derajat garis lintang.Panorama Immersive dapat dihasilkan oleh
kamera panorama khusus atau dengan kamera biasa, yang akan membutuhkan proses penggabungan gambar menggunakan bantuan software.
