Pada tahun 2012, jumlah remunerasi Direksi Grup adalah sebesar Rp 54,3 miliar,
meliputi gaji dan imbalan kerja jangka pendek lainnya sebesar Rp 35,2 miliar,
pesangon
pemutusan hubungan
kerja sebesar Rp 5,1 miliar, imbalan pasca kerja
sebesar Rp 1,6 miliar, dan kompensasi berbasis saham sebesar Rp 12,4 miliar.
Sedangkan remunerasi Dewan Komisaris meliputi gaji dan imbalan kerja jangka
pendek lainnya sebesar Rp 1,5 miliar. In 2012, total remuneration for the Group’s
Directors was amounted to Rp 54.3 billion, which comprises salaries and other short-
term employee benefits amounted to Rp 35.2 billion, termination benefits amounted to Rp
