THERIGHTTOPROTECTIONFROMALLFORMS OFEXPLOITATION,SALEANDTRAFFICKINGOF
HUMANBEINGS
Everyone is entitled to protection from traficking, sale and all forms of exploitation,includingbutnotlimitedtosexualexploitation,onthegrounds
ofactualorperceivedsexualorientationorgenderidentity.Measuresdesigned to prevent traficking shall address the factors that increase vulnerability,
including various forms of inequality and discrimination on the grounds of actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity, or the expression
oftheseorotheridentities.Suchmeasuresmustnotbeinconsistentwiththe humanrightsofpersonsatriskofbeingtraficked.
Statesshall:
take all necessary legislative, administrative and other measures of a preventive and protectivenatureregardingthetraficking,saleandallformsofexploitationofhuman
beings, including but not limited to sexual exploitation, on the grounds of actual or perceivedsexualorientationorgenderidentity;
ensure that any such legislation or measures do not criminalise the behaviour of, stigmatise,orinanyotherway,exacerbatethedisadvantageofthosevulnerabletosuch
practices; establish legal, educational and social measures, services and programmes to address
factorsthatincreasevulnerabilitytotraficking,saleandallformsofexploitation,including but not limited to sexual exploitation, on the grounds of actual or perceived sexual
orientationorgenderidentity,includingsuchfactorsassocialexclusion,discrimination, rejectionbyfamiliesorculturalcommunities,lackofinancialindependence,homelessness,
discriminatorysocialattitudesleading tolowself-esteem,andlackofprotectionfrom discriminationinaccesstohousing,accommodation,employmentandsocialservices.

Everyonehastherighttodecentandproductivework,tojustandfavourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment, without
discriminationonthebasisofsexualorientationorgenderidentity.
